Holiday rentals in Davis Islands Beach

We loved our stay at Alison’s place! It was myself, my husband and our 2 year old. We loved that there was a mini crib among many other kid amenities that make traveling with a children much easier/lighter! Our trip was mostly to visit beaches and we were blown away with the many beautiful ones in the area! It was also very nice to have beach chairs, toys, etc. all available in the Airbnb as well. The kitchen is fully stocked which was lovely as we typically cook some meals when we’re away. Alison was very responsive if we had any questions and the place was VERY clean. Highly recommend this Airbnb, I have only positive things to say!

Simone was a lovely host, quick to respond, and very accommodating. This home was beautiful. It had amazing views from the many balconies. The bedrooms were beautiful and filled with natural light. It was very clean and felt very homey. We definitely will be booking again in the future!

Our recent stay was an exceptional experience. The location is great – close to great beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The townhouse itself was clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Robert was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking to enjoy a nice getaway with the convenience of numerous dining and entertainment options.

The space was perfect for the two of us, plenty of room to spread out and everything was as described. We could easily Uber or walk to locals bars like Toasted Monkey, and found two great breakfast spots, La Croisette and Tiki Bagel.

Exactly what I needed for a work trip.

This home was as clean, if not more, than some of the nicest places, even hotels, that we have stayed at. Updated beautifully, you couldn't convince me that some of the work wasn't completed yesterday, it was immaculate. We traveled with our toddler, and Nancy already had a pack and play, highchair, appropriate sized life vests, and toys. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and spacious, we enjoyed the heated pool daily. Even on a chilly (66 degree) day, we still swam. A short distance to Tampa, we recommended planning to eat most meals in the Tampa area, as around Apollo Beach we were disappointed by the selection. Not the hosts fault! We would readily stay again, just would have needed to pick up more groceries to cook (publix is close!) or plan better for meals out. We enjoyed the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, the Manatee Observation in Apollo Beach, and even took a day trip to Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and look forward to visiting again.
