Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Daytona Beach

The rental location is a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the lake. It is a lovely, bright space with many amenities. Suzanne is very friendly and helpful as is her husband. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is a nice house for a getaway. The movie theater room was the best part of the house!

Michael’s place was the perfect little farmhouse for my girls weekend in Mount Dora. It was adorably decorated, incredibly spacious, comfortable, and everything we needed. Michael made check in and out simple and even accommodated an early check in. He as extremely responsive to messages and needs, and very prompt as well. Forest and Puddles, the pigs, were the one of our favorite parts of our stay! Super friendly and cute! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was equipped with almost everything needed to prepare meals for 8 ladies, neighborhood was very quiet, and it was in the perfect location to drive a few minutes to downtown. I loved it, and would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Dee and Julia’s home was wonderful. They were very accommodating and extremely responsive. The space was perfect for my family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space the most. The backyard and screened in patio were where we spent most of our time. It was so peaceful and inviting. I’m so happy Dee and Julia allowed us to stay in their beautiful home.

Amazing property. Been staying in Astor area for 8 years. This by far is the nicest most up to date rental I’ve stayed in around Lake George. Super clean, very nice and equipped kitchen. Cool theater room. Nice tvs throughout house. Josh was a great host.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful area, safe neighborhood and plenty of privacy. There are so many places to relax and entertain throughout the home, you will find yourself using every room. The home is equipped with many modern amenities that allow you to create any space into exactly what you need. The kitchen was nicely equipped & fire features all around. Privacy shades in all the right places. All the bathrooms were top notch design and very clean. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and accommodating. The pool and hot tub give you a view that is so stunning you will forget where you are. The water front provides so much wild life, that we seen dolphins playing almost everyday on multiple occasions. The location of the home put us within 5-20 min of almost every single thing we had on our list to partake in. But, once we arrived to the home we never left. The space was so well set up, there was no need to leave. Highly recommend the home.

Great space for me and my family while visiting my niece at Rollins University. Everyone felt at home and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Condo was very comfortable. Had a nice stay at the resort. My only negative was the pool got shady around 2pm because the shadow of the tall complex. In the evening the resort should put out the outdoor heaters by the pool especially when they have an event by the pool, they probably would have more people out there enjoying it with some heaters.

Really nice very friendly great location. Only complaint was indoor pool noted as heated was cold. Not to scott’s fault. I presume property maintenance had issue with heating pool Would definitely go back

This was my first vacation to Daytona and a first family vacation with my son, bonus daughter and toddler grandchildren. The condo accommodated all of us perfectly. The dryer did give out on us 2 days before checkout and maintenance cut power to the washer as well but Scott was great getting maintenance in and working with us as well as giving us fair compensation. We’ll definitely book with Scott again our next trip! The resort was fun for adults and kids alike. The balcony was a favorite spot for all of us to hang out during down time. This was our best vacation yet!

Keri was very accommodating when we needed to get into the unit a little bit early due to some unforeseen circumstances. The place was bright and clean. The only thing that worried me was the door as it seemed to be coming off the hinge at the top, but it was still accessible. Even though there were no amenities, this unit was worth our stay. Loved seeing the beach and sunrise every morning from our balcony.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We came as a family vaca with my 2yo to enjoy a trip before our 2nd arrives and really wanted a beach front, pool option location, and this was it! The pool was great and heated, which was nice. The access to the beach was so easy and convenient, also the view from the balcony was a bonus! The floor we stayed on was quiet, which was nice when our toddler was asleep for the night. We spent 2 days in Disney and felt comfortable leaving our things while we were there. The beds were comfortable and place was spotless! There was a cvs right down the street and a Walmart maybe 15min away. There are also ice cream shops and other restaurants surrounding the area that was anywhere from 5-20min away. Also the boardwalk was just a 10min drive. Overall, Jane’s place is a great location whether you want to just relax at that beach or the pool, go shopping and gander around, or both!

This place is wonderful and beautiful. worth the money. I will point out a few things but this has nothing to do with Scott or the place because it may be a timing thing and out of the host control. it was under construction when we went, no lazy river, no slides, and one hot tub out of three. If your a non smoker it's hard to leave your deck door open with the smokers everywhere. If you want friendly host and staff, lots to do in walking distance, city scooters, beautiful views, soothing waves, warm weather, great places to eat and peaceful walks, then you want to stay here. We would or will stay again if it's available.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unit. The complex is a little older so we weren't sure what to expect but everything is very well maintained in the shared areas and the unit itself was beautiful. It has a wonderful beach vibe. Everything, from the coffee maker to the WIFI worked well and was easy to use. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen peninsula was great for us to work from and the beds were comfy. There were lots of pillows of varying degrees of firmness and the bedding was good. Water pressure in the shower was good and the kitchen was well stocked with flatware and cooking necessities. The view was fantastic. We loved walking the beach. There is a pool side bar which, given we were there in the off-season and it was chilly, was actually quite abuzz with other travelers. The drinks were spendy but well made and we loved the deep fried pickles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott's place and would not hesitate to stay again.
