Holiday rentals with a patio in Dehiwala

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

We chose Sanira's apartment as our place to stay while we worked on our wedding arrangements since it was at the center of Colombo and made it easy to travel to our vendor appointments. The place was impeccably clean, tidy and modern, which are all extremely important to my wife and I. The only problem we encountered frequently (which isn't a reflection on the host) had to do with the building's security. They've made it unnecessarily strict and complex to the point where it almost felt like they were constantly interrogating us and our guests, despite having stayed at this place for almost a month. Besides the few altercations that we had with security during our stay, this was an excellent pick and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!

We loved the apartment. The view of the Lotus Tower from the apartment at night was special. Lots of grocery stores and wines stores nearby. Great kitchen and living room. Having the two bathrooms was nice.. The roof top deck and pool were a bonus. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Nihal's place in Maharagama! Nihal and his wife are incredibly kind-hearted and helpful hosts, always ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. The house is situated in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby amenities. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for both short and long vacations. What a lovey reception, the security who is also part of the team , was very helpful, supportive and ready to even help for other thinks like taking the bags , recommending food place etc. The manager is very friendly and supportive. Although, he has finished for the day when I reach , he came back to office to check everything and guided me to the room . Excellent support . We had a wonderful stay at Daniel's apartment. It had everything we needed and matched with the description. We enjoyed the stunning beautiful views of the ocean, the train rides and the city. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and appliances. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful place. We will definitely stay again.

It was really a great place, very comfortable and full privacy. The whole entire place was for us to enjoy and the surroundings was so beautiful and so relaxing we had to book the place for the balance of our stay. So much to love 😘

The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

We stayed at this place for 4 nights, and the experience was great. There is plenty of space in the house with a rooftop perfect for a gathering with your family and friends. Clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Smart tvs and high speed internet. Overall great place to spend your vacation. I don’t have any bad things to mention. First of all, thank you smooth checking-in process. I enjoyed staying at the Field Breeze residence. The house was a spotless and comfortable place to relax. Kalum provided all the information required promptly and hospitable person. It was very nice to see they arranged daily cleaning free of charge and made sure I was happy and comfortable with my stay. There are many supermarkets and restaurants just 5 minute's drive away, very easy-access road to Homagama town. Also, very convenient to reach the airport, and travel to Colombo cause the Kottawa highway interchange is just a 10-minute drive away. I enjoyed my short stay and would love to stay longer in this house. I will recommend all to stay there.

This is the 3rd time we are staying at Namal’s beautiful home. As always Namal is a great host and excellent service and support. Sumudu is a great caretaker. This will be our go to place whenever we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Namal

This propoerty was booked to facilitate my girl friend (now wife) and her family as they were coming to Sri Lanka to prepare for our wedding. Mayurie extended her support by accepting our request to reserve the property. She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable such as sharing all the details a few weeks before the check in date and super fast to respond all our requests. This property gives easy access to the Colombo city and highway.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. We had no issues during our visit . Added extras like tea/coffee, crackers , chocolate biscuits, soft drinks & bananas were a sweet touch . Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at Sonali’s. The apartment is modern and practically the entire place has air conditioning. Very central location in Colombo. Jogging trails are nearby as is a Spa Ceylon. The caretaker was very helpful. We would highly recommend Sonali’s for a family stay.

What can I say other than don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this exceptional home. I was doing some work in Colombo for two months and was fortunate enough to come across Chandi’s & Lucy’s place online. Photos can’t do justice to the true sense of calm which you experience as soon as you walk through the entrance door to the property which separates the garden of Colombo Retreat from the street (a quiet private road which runs off a busier street with a few shops/restaurants within easy walking distance). The property is all on the ground floor with a private garden for your own use which wraps itself around the space. Completely private. Inside the space is beautifully furnished with an easy blend of antiques and more contemporary Sri Lankan furniture. You know that this is someone’s home but you never feel like you are intruding. I could not recommend this beautiful home more. Finally, a shout-out to Asta (co-host) and Asuntha (housekeeper), both of whom were so attentive.
