Enjoy your stay in this retro ranch retreat! The park is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly and the home is close to the lake. You’ll be 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the boat ramp! Plenty of space to park and fishermen have an enclosed boat garage. There’s patio furniture in the front and in the backyard. The Master suite has a king, second guest room has a king, third guest room has a queen and bonus room right off the back patio has 2 twins. Two full bathrooms. Laundry room.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great location! Close to Lake and Boat Ramps (Spur 454 & Black Brush). Spacious pull-through bright lights covered pull-through parking for your vehicle and boat. Bright outside lighting to get your gear ready for the next day. Enjoy your stay in this very clean 2 bedroom, sleeper sofa, 2 bath home with spacious living room and kitchen. Great for a weekend of relaxation, fishing or boating.

Casa Mestiza Comfy & Spacious with pool.

Spacious, relaxing, comfortable, you will love the open living area and kitchen, the comfortable beds, each bedroom has it's own thermostat, the water pressure on the showers is great, nice size inground swimming pool, you may see some deer and a different birds on the back porch. Our new neighbors turned their property into a small farm, on occasions have a petting zoo. Overall a great home to enjoy while you visit our town.

Located a block from our local H-E-B , a five minute drive to our local winery, and 20 minutes to the lake. There is also The Kitchen and Star Park located 2 blocks away for a delicious bite or an evening walk. 5 minutes to downtown for a drink at Mesquite Creek or a nice dinner at ocho dos dos.
