Absolutely loved the spot. Great location for an OWU alumni to take trip down memory lane. The apartment was super comfy. And the hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend!

Karah's place was even nicer than the photographs! Spotless clean and up-to-date. Even the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I'd highly recommend! It's also just a block away from the main street with shops and restaurants. Thank you!

We had a great stay here! Plenty of space for my husband and I, our four month old, my parents and my 96 year old grandmother (6 total). I was worried about the stairs for her, but everything was great and they weren’t overly steep. We were able to walk everywhere for the most part and enjoyed having Amato’s right downstairs. Very clean, quiet and everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Ideally located near restaurants, cafes, and shops. Also close to campus. Very clean, actually had an iron, and the bed was comfy. Will stay there next time I’m in town for an OWU alumni event.

Great stay again! We often stay here, as it is convenient to downtown Delaware and seeing our daughter at OWU. It is comfortable and safe, and we are able to bring our dog, which has been great. Thanks again!

The location was perfect for us since we are building a home nearby. We can't wait to be neighbors, living our best rural life. Terri has been very responsive and the place is comfortable and private, with incredible sunsets over the pond. Our days have been focused on getting our property cleared, so not much time for anything else, but hopefully one of these days we'll get to spend time exploring their farm, as we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location for visiting OWU!

We have stayed at Gretchen’s places several times during our daughter’s college years at Otterbein University. This is great location, right next to the campus and only a couple blocks from downtown Westerville. We love staying here!

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

This is a beautiful apartment! The building is a little confusing but the host provided perfect instructions! Love so many of the Grandview restaurants, this is a great Columbus find!

Great apartment with excellent amentities. Location is top tier being minutes from the city and walkable or quick Uber to near by restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Some locks need to be added and would be nice to have tv's in the room and curtains over the bathroom windows. but vety nice place to stay and would stay again and recommend to friends.

This was a great stay for a short trip. The hot tub was a hit and the open floor plan on the first floor for gathering.
