Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Delaware River

Magdalena's place was perfect. I'd firstly like to address the few comments about noise. We had no problems at all. We slept very soundly in the comfy beds after busy days in NYC. Obviously it's a residential area opposite shops/eateries, so occasional background noise is to be expected, but we didn't even consider the need to use the white noise machines or earplugs provided. The apartment itself was huge, very clean, and with excellent facilities. Excellent transport links to NYC right outside the apartment. As a host Magdalena was wonderful. Very quick responses if we needed to ask a question before or during our stay. Can't thank her enough.

Great place to stay. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I slept on a cloud. The rooms feel huge for such a small space and the bedrooms are far apart so it’s private if you’re sharing with friends.

This was my very first airbnb i have ever stayed in. Went to Philadelphia to take my daughters to The Sturniolo Triplets tour The Airbnb was exactly the same as described. Very beautiful place! Had a wonderful experience…

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, spacious, modern and clean unit with all essential amenities. It is conveniently located in a quiet residential street and has a parking spot. It is a short drive to Liberty State Park in Jersey City, from where ferries depart to the Statue of Liberty, and close to the tunnels to New York City. The hosts were responsive, helpful and friendly. Our family had a wonderful time.

Our family's recent stay at Leslie and John's residence was a truly delightful experience. The thoughtful utilization of space is evident in the well-appointed layout, featuring three generously sized bedrooms, including a master suite complete with a private ensuite. The lower level serves as an exceptional family retreat, ideal for relaxed viewing and unwinding, and thoughtfully allows children a separate space for their enjoyment. The projector provides a captivating visual experience for all. Throughout the property, the abundant natural light, robust construction, and quality bedding further enhanced our comfort. My wife particularly appreciated the top-of-the-line appliances and cookware, making meal preparation a genuine pleasure. Furthermore, the property's convenient location offers the advantage of several stores just minutes away, with the charming town of Hudson easily accessible within a short fifteen-minute drive.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Christine’s home for my birthday weekend, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Christine was amazing—so responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout. The house was exactly as pictured: clean, organized, and very welcoming. She went above and beyond by leaving balloons and even a small birthday cake in the fridge, which meant so much to me and made the celebration extra special. We were able to make great use of the amenities—especially the hot tub, game room, and movie theater. All were very enjoyable and added to the fun of the weekend. There was adequate parking for my guests, and everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely love to stay with Christine again. Highly recommend!

Matthew was a great host. Not only does he have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in but the view from the house was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and had enough room for all 7 of us to be comfortable! Thumbs up for the breakfast bar seats as my children would only sit there and loved it! The hot tub was always an amazing 104 degrees and so nice to just rest in. The washing machine was huge and allowed me to wash everything before I went home which was super convenient ! would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, there is a delicious ice cream shop in the small town , it's super cute! thanks again Matthew!

Raymond’s place was exactly what we were looking for to get away for a few days. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. The home was cozy, had a wonderful smell and relaxing music playing out loud when we walked in (we’ve never experienced that at an Airbnb before) and it was a great touch. Beds were comfy, furniture is comfy, the play room and theater room were so much fun. The backyard was so peaceful and we enjoyed the afternoon by the fire pit. Gianny and Raymond were very responsive and attentive. The home was so wonderful we didn’t need anything while on our stay to have to reach out to Raymond and Gianny. We’re already planning to book this place again 🙂. Thank you Gianny and Raymond for your home

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

This airbnb was an incredible stay. The hosts are super responsive and the house itself was pristine. We had a great time, one of my best airbnb experiences to date. One of my housemates forgot a laptop as we were leaving and Mordechai went out of his way to get it back to us, well outside the typical expectations for a host. Thanks so much guys, 10/10 would stay again.

Harleen is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and truly wants her guests to have a great experience. She goes above and beyond to accommodate you and provides endless amenities. We had a wonderful stay at this spacious family house in Edison, NJ! The home is well-equipped with projectors and audio systems, perfect for entertainment. It's exceptionally clean and boasts a large, dog-friendly backyard, which was perfect for our furry friends. The artistic touch of a guitar in each room added a unique charm. Highly recommend to those who want to enjoy a comfortable stay!

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

Firstly, the place is reasonably close to the PATH station by walking (~10mins), which then will get you to NYC in less than 15mins by PATH. The surrounding area is very lively even until night. Not loud, but alive in a good way. Not dodgy and all. Restaurants and CVS are just right around the corner. The house and amenities are clean, very well maintained. The room is as pictured. Not too big, but i would say it’s enough. Bathroom is exceptionally clean. Pranay is super nice and very responsive. He’s very reasonable and a great host. Lastly, i feel that we get what we paid for. It’s very reasonable, not overpriced. Very simple and straightforward. So yeah, we’re satisfied with everything. Thanks for hosting us.

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great and the apartment was in the perfect location near the boardwalk. Lots to do with our toddler. We would happily stay here again!

A beautiful artist stay in Brooklyn, the room is sunny and the bed is perfect. Very nice vibe & electro set!

I had a great time with my friends at David’s establishment. There was a lot of room and exploring the amenities was a fun time and the area had a lot of useful stores nearby.
