Holiday rentals with lake access in Delhi Division

The perfect little oasis in the upbeat neighbourhood of South Delhi. I felt right at home, the hosts are a welcoming couple who live in the house with their dog Cotton. Extremely chatty and likeable, Sangeeta was always there to help if I needed anything. She was kind enough to cater to my requests of simple home cooked food and it hit the spot, it wasn't too ostentatious. It was simple, wholesome and nourishing. The room was clean and cosy, very well lit looking out into the courtyard with a desk to sit and work as and when required. They have fast internet access as well to support a quick meeting or call here and there. The location by itself is private but so well connected to the Green park market (~4 mins on foot) and the Deer Park for a little stroll. Would recommend one hundred percent.

Sangeeta and Pavan are wonderful hosts. Location is ideal in that it is peaceful and walkable to the station. A lot of green in the area which is a necessary reprieve from Delhi. The place is cosy and clean and private on the rooftop area. Bathroom was very clean. Keep in mind there’s plenty of hot water but it is a bucket wash. No shower head. Best part is the kind and helpful communication and information. Always available for help l! Wonderful place. I will definitely return!

Simply the best in terms of value because the neighborhood is amazing. A great place for an easy introduction to Delhi, especially if it’s your first time. Very peaceful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants at a walking distance. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks, Nitin!

Clean and comfortable room in a neighbourhood with so much to do - whether that’s eat, drink, shop or take a stroll in the park. The host is very responsive and thorough in his communication and has a very helpful staff.

It was the best of the best!!! The owner and manager were very kind. I have stayed in good house in this area, but this house was the most comfortable and had the best feel. This stay was an absolute delight. We just wanted a day out and the place couldn't be any better. The view from balcony had made it worth every penny. Kitchen had every possible amenity that might make your stay easier (including breakfast table). I hardly find stays which are so memorable, hoping to stay here again❤️.
