LOVED this gem of a retreat. I mean how can you not love a sauna, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious cabin that overlooks port moody. I wish I could stay for a month! And so cool, you take a boat to get to the cabin. I’ve been telling everyone at my work about this place!

Serenity by the Sea is a truly peaceful getaway, and our stay in the Sunshine Suite was nothing short of perfect. When we arrived on a chilly night during a rainstorm, Luannah had thoughtfully heated the suite for us, providing an extra warm welcome. The suite was cozy and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat. Although the hot tub was being serviced, we were treated to a relaxing bubble bath right next to a beautiful waterfall with views of the water. To top it off, we were able to enjoy fireworks from the tub on New Year's Eve—a special touch! Serenity by the Sea is a wonderful place, offering a tranquil and memorable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well stocked and thoughtfully designed everything was. The house had everything we needed, and the attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. We loved the kid-friendly touches, especially the variety of games and activities available. The space was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return next year! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had such a great time at Carraholly Retreat! The boat ride over was super easy, and the place itself was so cute and cozy. We loved the clean hot tub and spent a lot of time relaxing in the sauna - it was such a treat. Perfect spot for a quick getaway from the city. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

This was our first time staying longer than one day in Canada. It was beautiful and peaceful, The Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to grab groceries our first night and they gave us some Pasta and Spaghetti. The hot tub was also very warm and relaxing. We will be back in the Summer to Kayak and swim for sure!

We came for a girls trip and had a beautiful time at Alex’s and Laura’s cabin! It’s is the perfect escape to this beautiful, cosy cabin in the forest! It’s super private and has everything you need! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely be back

Highly suggested! Great fenced yard space, private. Cozy, great bed. Was able to do some laundry as well, Dusan was very friendly and kept great communication. I would easily stay again!

Curt's place made an excellent long weekend getaway from the city. Close enough to walk into Sturdies Bay, and had some great hiking trails nearby too. It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and our dog loved lounging infront of the fireplace. Looking forward to staying again!

I had the most wonderful stay at Jules’ cottage at Alderwood Farm! The cottage was incredibly cozy yet felt surprisingly spacious, thanks to the high ceilings and thoughtful layout. The photos don’t do it justice! The bathroom was a particular highlight with its stunning Mediterranean-style tiles and a big skylight that filled the space with natural light—it was an absolute dream (especially when it rained). Not to mention Tony the donkey, the geese, the dogs, the chickens, and of course, the emus, were all so much fun to see. After just two nights, it genuinely hurt to leave, and this is the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at where I immediately wanted to plan a return trip. Jules was a fantastic host, incredibly friendly, made great recommendations on what to do and where to eat, and overall made the entire experience perfection. Can’t wait to visit again!

I cannot say enough good things about this location and the hosts! Three generations of us stayed the weekend here and we all three loved it and would all come back. We enjoyed the cabin, the views, the hosts, the community...EVERYTHING.

Blair and Christina are a very good host. They make sure to maintain the cleanliness and peacefulness of the property. They also communicate with us often if there are things that we need during our stay. They provided us with information about the town and we enjoyed our relaxation time during our stay. We really recommend Blair, Christina and the Cabanas for their absolute hospitality and accomodation.

The place was slightly dirty and dusty feeling, more like no one had been there for a long time. The mattress in the room with a view was very old and worn in and uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides that, everything was great! I feel bad even complaining about the cleanliness and mattress because we had an amazing time but feel like the next renter should know. the area and views were worth it all!

We stayed at Betty Ann Cabin for three nights, and it was the perfect location for relaxing and reconnecting! The cabin had everything we needed, was beautifully designed, and was the perfect place from which to visit the many beaches and trails on the island. Lauren was warm and generous, and she went above and beyond to make our stay cozy and comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to returning to the cabin and Galiano in the future!

Everything was great. Such a private, beautiful, spacious, and tranquil unit. Everything was so clean and easy to use. Great location too and close to the stores. We enjoyed cooking our own meal and bbq grill was provided upon request. The fireplace was amazing and they gave us the firewood and the instructions on how to get the fireplace going. Great memories in this great place and we are thankful for such an amazing and unforgettable experience. Thank you Jamaica and Gord for your hospitality. We’re sure everyone will enjoy their time in this beautiful home away from home

Amazing view!!! I can't say enough about this place. We walked in and literally gasped at the view. Victoria's daughter, Rachel, was available to answer any questions we had and answered our texts very quickly. It was a pleasure to stay at their cottage. Would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay - we enjoyed the pool table, hot tub with starry view, and perfect for our short stay on Galiano! Would stay again.
