Last minute booking, great find. Absolute bargain, really lovely family, very clean accommodation.

I wasn't at this place for the first time, but it was again very nice ! The property is as described and you have everything you need ! You can have your peace in the accommodation, but also experience much in the vicinity! The promenade is just one street away ! If you need something on site, the good soul Enik is always on hand! Price/performance is really unbeatable and the room is large ! The best is the bed , it is more comfortable than at the hotel ! The mat is very good ! The room is equipped with everything you need and it doesn't smell! Air conditioning and internet ( is really fast ) work very well ! The property is perfect for short stays , but also very good for long stays ! I can definitely recommend the place and will definitely be back !

We enjoyed the house. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful whenever something was needed, and we always had clean water available. The locals in this area are friendly, and the house isn’t very far from the beach.

Cazz was fantastic at communicating and the entire booking process was seamless. The staff at the villa are amazing and really helpful also. The villa was beautiful and clean with super big bedrooms. Great location. We will be back!

Very nice place, easy checkin. Restaurant beneth. But super loud, as directly on the main road.

The stay was wonderful and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the well-organized kitchen and bathroom, which made the experience even better. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

Clean Clean Quiet Feeling at Home!The host family lives in a hospital, all very friendly!The host is very responsive and responsive!The surrounding environment is very green rice paddies, it is very beautiful, there is a vegetable market 400 meters away, a small stay for a month, there is a bus, and you can rent a motorbike to run around.😄

Nice room, spacious and it is good for a short stay. Location a bit confused as it is attached with another home stay residency. But, all went well. Thanks again.

The location is excellent, and it is super easy to find food. The apartment is spacious for two people. The bed is also comfy. The staffs are friendly and polite. Though there are many green areas in this apartment complex, there are no mosquitoes and bugs inside the apartment (which is major plus). It was just a bit noisy from the neighbour during the new year eve. They play very loud music nonstop until dawn. However the rest is all good.

A lovely stay, everything is as described! Maybe needs a little love in the kitchen area but can’t complain! Breezy check in and checkout! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. King size bed a plus! Balcony if you’re a smoker couldn’t hurt.

The place was as comfortable as home. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful. The restaurant’s food is a must try, and the ambience was very mesmerising & vacation like. Must visit when in Seminyak. Best offer one could fetch for. Easily accessible to eateries and general items as well. 30 mins from Sanur Port. 15 mins from Finn’s club. Best place for having your breakfast. Smoothie bowl is a must try!

I was elated to find this hidden gem finally! I came to view before I booked online as it was newly listed & had no reviews... This is a brand new accommodation open just a few months, so everything inside is spotless. Ni was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Staying here made my last week's in Bali stress free -finally! The other guests here were super lovely and quiet, a few staying long time and others rotating on weekends. The kitchen area was well equipped, homely & had a good vibe. The property felt safe and secure (as a solo female traveller) Ni's home is on the same land so he and his brother are on hand if needed. They just had front gates installed whilst I was there so it's got a more private entrance. Plenty of scooter parking at the front also. I had upstairs room 10 with a rare view of the sky from the private balcony which I absolutely enjoyed especially during the rain. Zero mosquito bites here -which was a first for me in Bali 👏🏻 I wouldn't hesitate to return!

It's not easy for me to find housing accommodation in Bali that is suitable exactly for our needs, but this BnB is exactly suited for our little family.
