Holiday rentals in Derby

Our family had a wonderful stay. Loved being greeted with yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, coffee selections, and water bottles in the spotless fridge. Everything was Super clean, plenty of towels, linens, and even thoughtful small size items like toothpaste if needed! We were visiting family in El Dorado and this comfy location made it easy and fun. Nice outdoor area where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Lots of available outdoor space for stroller walks to entertain the baby traveling with us. The thoughtful description of all the stairs in the cabin were appreciated even though our baby was pre walking and we were able to easily keep her safe. The host was always available for questions and proactive in asking if we had needs. We will definitely use this location again if / when we visit.

Exactly as described! Great location and excellent communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again. I was a little surprised there wasn’t a bathroom on the second floor, but that was my oversight for not reading the listing closely. The master bedroom downstairs was huge and very comfortable!

Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

We love having a washer and dryer. Bedrooms were all clean and she even had toys, a pack n play and high chair for our child. Super helpful and would stay again

Wow… very beautiful, to yourself, and fun experience. We were able to bring our cat since we moving across country. It is a little bit of a walk but the stars that night made it so worth it. We had an orange cat name frank follow us and hang out in the tree next to the cabin. Both cats ran to us when we pulled in and were extremely friendly with lots of love. I read reviews about the dogs being the greeters, however they had them in the house I believe. Which was better for our cat’s comfort. We didn’t find a restroom and no running water. It is listed as such but for roughly 50$ it was top notch. Hope to come again in the summer so we can grab honey!

We love staying here! We have stayed here many times and will definitely be back again. The hosts are always so kind and helpful and the cottage is a perfect spot for a little getaway.

This is a great location and comfortable and clean house. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows amazing. I was really impressed with the great communication and we really enjoyed our stay.

DAN was fantastic. We had a late flight on Sunday and he was able to accommodate a late check out on this date. Really appreciate his flexibility in the house was perfect very comfortable.
