Accommodation 10 min from Futuroscope and aquascope. We only stayed one night but the accommodation is very good, clean. Check-in was very simple, easy and efficient communication. Only thing: the staircase to the top floor is steep (the bedrooms), with children under 7-8 years old. To be taken into account for parents. But otherwise, I would recommend this very nice place!

Everything was perfect: a clean, cozy and conveniently located place. The host was very kind, available and concerned about the well-being of his guests. You feel at home there. Seemingly cozy with original and well-equipped decor. Located in a quiet area not far from downtown. Apartment suitable more for a couple than for a family, the second bedroom being not very functional. Very good communication with Yousra who is very reactive. We had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed this quiet setting in the forest, Jean-Marc's kindness and discretion. weather a little capricious but predictable at the end of February, compensated by some good flares in the chimney. Short stay in an original and very atypical house. The neighborhood is very quiet and the bedding is very good quality = very relaxing stay! The house is in the center of a region filled with small gems (Poitiers, Chauvigny, Angles sur l 'Angelin, Futuroscope,...). Don't get bored! And if we add to all this, Françoise's excellent and friendly welcome, we are in front of a rental that we can only highly recommend!

Very nice apartment with all the amenities available. Sheets and towels are provided, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is not noisy although it overlooks a busy street. It is very well located, 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian center of Poitiers and 20 minutes by car to Futuroscope. There is one parking space included close to the property. Instructions for retrieving keys are sent to you within the day. The owners are very responsive. We would recommend this property if you want to stay in Poitiers or visit the surroundings

Very nice stay. We'll arrive there, but in our pockets! Optimized cocoon. Just missing chairs for eating. Closer to 15/20 steps to the park than 10 advertised. But very nice stay qd even!
