The hosts were great, the place was very clean, quiet and had great air conditioning. The Russian market is just downstairs and has great seasonal shopping. I would have liked a toaster and a close by gym just to make it perfect.

Beautiful views, amazing building to stay at, literally 10-15 minute drive from all the fun things to do in Saigon. Host was amazing, always replied and helped out to the best of their abilities. Only issue is they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more they gave us another roll for 6 people. But besides that this place was amazing. Comes with speakers, washer and dryer, everything you could think of.

Location is near District 1, less than 7mins across the bridge by car. Surrounding shops and Amenities are ample. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Towels were replaced periodically. Communication with the host is with ease. Overall 5/5

The place is located in a quite alley and yet right in the city’s center. Walkable distance to many spas, local restaurants and cafes. The room feels bigger in real life and everything is very clean. We got to check-in early. Highly recommend!

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

My stay at The Metropole Residences was absolutely amazing! The property is beautifully designed, combining luxury with comfort. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. It was definitely a luxury experience, with beautiful furnishings and a stunning view. Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!
