Waterfront holiday rentals in Dobrota

We stayed for a few weeks with a family - the apartment is very comfortable, tastefully designed, and the surroundings are lovely and peaceful. Great terrace, lots of storage space, full working desk. We had a great time!

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Nice place with a beautiful view. Very close to the old town, 10-15 minutes walk along the bay. Away from the noise. There are shops and a bakery along the way. The place itself was clean and it correspond to photos. The only feature that you may not like is the place is on a mountain and you need to climb. Everything else is just fine and fits. The host also offered to check in earlier, at a convenient time for me.

George was a good host, quick to respond to our questions. There was enough kitchen supplies in the house. Overall it was clean. The location was nice, we rented a car, there was free parking close to the house, it was close to everything. We had a good time during our vacation, I would love to go again:)

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation has everything we needed

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Stevan is a great host. We arrived with a group of 11 people and had enough space in the accomodation. The location of the apartment is great and very close to the coast. We would definitely recommend.

This was one of my favorite accommodations I have stayed at. The owners literally thought of everything! They were fantastic communicators and provided us with recommendations and clear directions. The house is beautiful, and we enjoyed the access to parking and the water front patio. We will definitely stay here again!

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. This villa was even better than we thought it would be - spacious, clean and the view was outstanding. The location was perfect. You can walk easily to Kotor old town (about 10min walk) but still enjoy the quietness and peaceful environment. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had two baby beds aswell. There were 2 big bedrooms with Queen size beds and two smaller bedrooms with two seperate beds. 2 bathrooms and a small extra toilet. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. Perfect for bigger groups or families! The host was the kindest and answered to all of our messages right away. Thank you so much for having us!

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

Amazing place with beautiful energy 😊

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

It was as shown in the pictures, we checked in very comfortably, we got a quick response to all our questions, everything was great, taking your morning coffee and sitting on the balcony against the sea. Thank you.
