The accommodation was as described and very clean, the location is excellent just a few steps from the malecón and with many restaurants nearby, Daniel who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful, 100% recommended.

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable to sleep in. We loved that it was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. We definitely recommend this villa to any family that is looking for a place in Las Terrenas.

Stay from January 6 to March 30, 2025. We had a great time at this great place. Everything is functional, cozy, and clean. We thank Wesley the gardener for her kindness and efficiency as well as Félicia, the housekeeper, for her good work and smile. We had only a few contacts with Christophe and it was almostthese with his partner Daniel that we dealt with. We would like to thank Daniel for his great kindness and dedication. He is a man who cares that people feel good and who responds with a smile and efficiency to requests.

What a dreamy place! The decor was beautiful and the view was to die for! They had an amazing grilling area with a big table overlooking the water. Very private and peaceful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We are definitely going back!

The house is very cozy, the area is quiet in general and you can breathe a good atmosphere. With the hosts we had a small inconvenience as a result of an unexpected event that occurred in the family and we requested a change of date to which they initially accessed but when we did it through airbnb they did not accept it and requested that we directly cancel the same, thus being exposed to the possibility of losing the money. Everything else is fine, the house is very clean and tidy. Tony, the guy who helps, excellent human, very attentive and willing.

Love our stay. Host always responded. Close to everything and especially the beach. We didn’t need a car rental. We did 2 excursions recommended by host and they picked us up at our place and dropped off. They took us shopping with free of charge. Overall, we had an awesome and safe stay with Bea Living Properties.

A very good place to relax with a very nice and quiet beach nearby, very private and in excellent conditions, it was a very relaxing weekend. Definitely one of the best hosts.

Barbra was a great host, she was always there to answer all our questions and was very welcoming, Nana is also great she took great care of us. Look forward to staying at one of Barbra’s homes again!

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.
