Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dominicus

Our family’s third time at CDC villas and this was the best so far. Everything looked exactly like the photos - comfortable and good quality indoor and outdoor furniture, TVs, bathrooms, etc. Very clean without smelling like chemicals. The staff was incredible with delicious meals everyday, service beyond our expectations, and ease with our young children’s chaos. The location is central with easy access to the Hotel and Golf Center, Minitas Beach, Marina, and Altos de Chavon. Highly recommend.

Sergio’s place is absolutely perfect! It’s the perfect size for a big group, with a great pool/outdoor dining area and living room. Great location in casa de campo. Also his crew onsite at the property are 10/10!! I will certainly be returning with my family.

It was an incredible stadia!The house is identical to the one in the photos, it has everything you need to spend time without worrying about anything. It was very clean and well organized everything. The host is super friendly, gave us some recommendations from the site and helped us with the mechanic on Sunday!!! So 100% recommended! We will gladly stay there again!

i've visited the place before but Cristina's place was better. the kids had a great time. we really enjoyed the stay.

Good apartment in a central location; I had a good stay and would come back if I were staying in Bayahibe again; Many shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance; Parking available in front of building; A (minor) disadvantage (at least currently): just across the street, there is major construction work going on (which caused some noise during daytime), but no problem when inside the apartment with the door closed - and no noisy during the night.

It was a pleasure to stay at Carol's place. This is a nice apartment, well equipped, clean, on a rather quiet street. The covered terrace is superb, loved relaxing with an aperitif. Well located, we are in the tourist center in about ten minutes on foot. We are fully satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend! Carol is a thoughtful and very friendly host, thank you to her for hosting us.

The apartment is impeccable, as in the images. Have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. With her host Piotr we were in touch before and during the same, responding to every concern or request being very accurate and friendly in their recommendations. We had an excellent experience with a lot of eagerness to visit the complex and its location again, Dominicus being a heavenly place. Only words of thanks remain for Piotr and for their contacts who offered us with professionalism and cordiality the efforts we needed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Bayahibe. Fred was very helpful and communicative, making the experience good. Safe and convenient location. Highlight of our trip was the neighborhood cat we took care of and befriended— she is the sweetest. Future guests, she loves cuddles and curling up on your lap if you let her 🫶🏾

We spent 77 days at Bersaida's home. The place is very quiet and very beautiful. Bersaida responds very quickly, helps and gives a lot of information to make us have a really good time. We made a few requests during our stay and the majority were made. However, before we left, she asked me for recommendations to improve the accommodation. As far as the beach is concerned, it is a 20 minute walk and you arrive on a beach about 300 feet wide and a lot of people, we have to pay 1000 pesos for an umbrella and 2 chairs or $75 US per day per person to go to the site of the complex. However, the pools are very beautiful. If you're looking for tranquility, this is the place

The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay—a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers, pots, pans, and even a blender, which I used often to make smoothies from the fresh fruit sold just outside the resort twice a week. Everything was clean, functional, and made us feel right at home. Internet is very fast. Air conditioners working very well. Outside, Cadaqués is just stunning. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. You can even buy freshly caught fish right on the beach every day, which made for some amazing meals. Giovanni and Katia were amazing hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local groceries and restaurants. They made us feel less like guests and more like family friends staying in their home.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable and is steps from the beach. The complex is very nice and quiet,without doubt I hope to return!! Thank you very much Delis for your good arrangement always

Place was great location for my taste not so good at night on weekends music is very loud so if you are a light sleeper like me this will be very inconvenient because you won’t be able to sleep on weekends due to all the festivities going on at Altos de Chavon. But if that’s something your okay with place is great really love it.

Draper's place is in a great location with all you need from an apartment. The well equipped kitchen meant that we could prepare breakfast and lunch easily which worked with our diving schedule. The apartment was really comfortable with friendly and helpful neighbours too. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Thank you Draper. The apartment and the Bayahibe experience made it one of our best ever holidays!!! Hope to come back to DR soon.

excellent place to relax meters from the beach, the sea, the restaurant and the market, and very far from the problems of daily life. Super recommended!
