Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Meena is one of the most exceptional hosts I’ve ever encountered. Her hospitality was impeccable, and her friendly demeanor ensured I never felt any disconnect at any point. The accommodation was not only spotless but also spacious and well-maintained. Meena stayed in constant touch, making us feel truly comfortable and at home throughout our stay.

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

Well placed if you rent a scooter or car. Commuting to the beach would be an issue (apprx 1.5kms) if you have a family, since local auto rickshaw services lack professionalism and ethics. Nothing to take away from what was a good experience overall at Dwayne's place with nice and clean accomodation with a responsive host. Thank you

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this place. The kitchen had every utensil. They would clean the room everyday. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed there for almost a week. It was quite comfortable. There's a cafe right opposite to the building, a wine shop etc. Check-in was smooth. Only thing was - cleaning was not included in the pricing. But that's fine. Overall the place is great. Felt right at home.

Very clean and had all the basic amenities. 5 min walk to the beach with lots of good food around. Clifford was helpful and we had a wonderful stay.

Pictures don't lie, but at times, don't tell the whole story either. My review of Noella's abode is all about telling the story though my experience of 4 wonderful days: Check-in : Supersmooth. Noella stays right next to the rental, and she personally helped us with check in and quick recommendation of places to have great Goan food, and some laid back pubs with great vibes. Rental Unit:has everything that is listed, in fact, more; was pleasantly suprised by the kitechen utensils and cutleries, one can easily stay here for months without bothering about those .Both living and bedroom are neat and tidy, clean linens; bath was small yet cozy and well designed; balcony overlooking the road gives you the rustic vibes of small town. Around the Rental: Uddo beach is at 5 mins ride, Morjim, Vagator all at 15; lot of food joints, supermarket in 5 mins ride, very centrally place; you get bike can taxi literally from opposite side of road Check-out: Again supersmooth Can't rave enough 🤗

Lovely place with a great caretaker and responsive host. It is a little difficult to find but you can call them to guide you to the place. Most beaches are at least 15-20 minutes away. Blinkit and Zomato work well enough to order any essentials. Best bet would be to rent a scooty since getting cabs was difficult. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and the caretaker came in daily in the morning to clean up. The jacuzzi is very small though, you're better off using the pool just make sure to ask them to clean it up a bit since the debris from the trees above keeps falling in so it might be a little dirty. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and spices but the milk in the fridge was expired which we realised after consuming it so do double check. Make sure to order breakfast from this place called Dosa and Podi, they have the best food. Overall it's a pretty nice place to stay at with a group.

A friend and I stayed in this flat for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was as nice as it appeared in the photos and had a very nice layout and design. The place is very bright thanks to south-facing windows and a great skylight that let all of the sun in. We were pleased to use the amenities. There's a nice filter for always fresh water, along with various appliances in the kitchen that made our stay easy. An induction hotplate and the necessary pans made breakfast a cinch. I also made daily use of the toaster and kettle. The immediate area where the property is located doesn't appear to have a lot going on, but that was a great for me, as it was a very quiet area. It's not a long walk up to one of the main roads where you'll find a bigger selection of restaurants. There is a small market on the main floor, very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again on another visit to Vagator.

The place was really beautiful, and everything was squeaky clean. We had a great time using the jacuzzi fitted in the washroom and also the infinity pool provided by the building on the fourth floor. I would recommend everyone to book this particular unit for their stay in North Goa moving forward. From the furniture to the hygiene to the amenities, everything is perfect.
