Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Build a fire, watch the stars, hunt for crawdads in the stream, or drive 5 min down the road to Salt Fork State Park and enjoy fishing, boating, golfing and more! Stay close to everything in a historic 1889 second empire Victorian home with 14’ ceilings. The apartment is located on the left side of the first floor with a private entrance and lock code that changes for each guest. There is an outdoor grill area and back patio with seating to relax on listening to a seasonal fountain. Centre Market shops & restaurants are at the end of the block. Near Heritage Walking trail that’s along the Ohio river. Breakfast items and snacks usually on hand.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.
