If you are looking for a place that feels more local, this is the place. It is close by a huge lake with so many shops and eateries that are around it. Also, the lotte mall is walkable distance from the bnb :). The host is very friendly and welcoming!

The place is great location to stay, stunning view, beautiful weather lake view, recommend for long stay. Walking distance reachable to LOTTE mall west lake. Definitely will come back to stay there again.

Just finished a month long stay here. We had a great time. Hoa is very sweet, friendly, responsive and accommodating. She was also very quick to respond to all of our questions, concerns, and provide us with great recommendations. We were here during a birthday and Lunar New Year, and she was kind enough to send us a birthday cake and left us a beautiful cherry blossom gift for the Tet holiday. The studio was spacious, modern, and comfortable for our long term visit. The unit also had a dryer and dishwasher which isn’t as common in Hanoi. It was located on the 10th floor and provided nice views overlooking the lake. It was walkable to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and the Lotte Mall (which was excellent), it was also an inexpensive ride into the old quarter. It was nice to be located next to so much without all of the hustle and bustle of old quarter. We would recommend this rental and would return if we visit again.

We really had a comfortable stay

Everything was so magnificent that words cannot describe it. The apartment is beautiful, and the hosts were so attentive that I felt like a baby being cared for. Whenever I needed something, they responded immediately. The location is in a wonderful area, with a very large shopping mall nearby. I absolutely loved the apartment, the hosts, and everything about Vietnam. I requested cleaning for the apartment, and I’ve never seen anyone do their job so well. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. It truly feels like home, with all the amenities you need. There are amazing walking areas. Check the maps and go explore. While walking, enjoy fantastic coffee and drinks to make your day even better. Everything felt like a dream. Your hospitality was amazing. Your home was incredible. Everything was perfect. I offer you my endless thanks. I love you so much. Thank you very, very much for giving me such a wonderful experience. Everything was flawless ❤️❤️❤️

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

Nhung’s place was very nice and pleasant. I had an enjoyable stay there. The location is near hotspots in Hanoi and a short 10-15’ ride. I was a bit surprised to walk into the apartment’s main door to see 02 separate apartments inside one big apartment. Overall, would recommend if you like staying at a high rise and near the city center.

We had a fantastic time staying at Helen's place. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condominium was clean and vibrantly decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Helen ensured we had everything we needed. We will be back. It was incredible. Huge, spacious apartment with a lot of natural light. Very clean and comfortable. High up with a great view over the city. Plenty of public transport options nearby. Supermarket nearby. Very welcoming and helpful host. We absolutely loved it. Hope to be here again with my next trip to Hanoi.

Friendly host, the flat was clean and tidy

Loan's apartment is situated in a very convenient location. The shopping centre is just a few minutes walk away, yet the building is located away from the crowd. You get lots of privacy and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The place is clean and very comfortable to live in that I requested to extend my stay. I will definitely return soon!
