The room has a living area with tables and chairs and a kitchen suitable if you want to stay in and cook. The room is warm enough after a long walk out in the winter cold and the heat is adjustable to your liking. Location is very near Exit 4 of Hongik Univ and there is a park nearby if you want to chill out. Place is really quiet in contrast to the busy streets of the city. If you're bringing a lot of luggages, just make sure you can bring them up a five-step stairs. Overall, the rent is worth it for the budget-conscious travellers!

It was a lovely place. Few minminutes from Seokchon gobun station. Host was always nice and responsive.

David and his family were amazing hosts. I didn't expect their son, (Eugene) or Yoo Jin (sorry if I spell your name wrong) to drop me off and pick me up at the Icheon Ceramic Park daily, it was very thoughtful and kind of them. It was also very nice to be able to try wheel throw a few tea bowls with Hean Sook. I had a lot of fun, meeting so many kind people during my month long hiatus from life. I hope to visit them again someday.

The room was better than expected, it has everything needed, the owner is very nice and he replies fast and so helpful. I extend my stay since I felt really comfortable here.

David was great with responding to my many questions. My friends and I stayed in 3 of the rooms. Each room has a sink, hot plate, mini fridge, and private bathroom. It was easy to get to David’s house, I used Waze to get there with no issues. David’s place was about 30 minutes from Jisan ski resort. I definitely recommend!

If you want a quiet stay after seeing Heyri, Paju Outlets, etc. We recommend them here.

Anna's place was the perfect size for our travel group of 3. We had no issues finding the place and settling in, it became a home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the underfloor heating. This stay was also improved by all the great local restaurants and bars and a convenience store just 5 minutes away. Anna and Joon were polite and quick to answer any queries we had. If we're ever back in Seoul we'd love to stay here again.

lovely host, rosy is always helpful the place was spacious with all the thing we need to feel like home. location is very close to meongdong market and numdaemun market. can easily take an airport bus with 5nmin walk to the house.
