We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Edith and did not want to leave- it is simply charming! The house is very spacious with a great pool and outdoor space, and for us, it was in the perfect location for our friends wedding at Chateau Soulac. Comfortable beds, large en-suites and plenty of space for all 8 of us to sit, have a drink, have dinner and sit soft. Always a good sign when a place has (more than!) enough sun loungers too. We really liked how well stocked the kitchen was and the welcome bundle was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful French countryside retreat, and would love to stay again.

Thank you Thierry and Maurice for a wonderful stay in Manzac. We absolutely loved the house and felt so comfortable there. The little details like sharp kitchen knives, comfortable sun loungers and the enormous trampoline meant our party of 14 all had a brilliant time. The location of the house is outstanding, the views are breathtaking as are the stars at night. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant stay in a large well-equipped house in the middle of a superb grounds with a gigantic pool. House ideally located for discovering the region (Padirac, Castelnaud, Sarlat, Rocamadour, etc.). Take a good look at the trips in time and not in kilometers... Lots of small roads with turns in the area. Lots of things to do and visit within 45 minutes. Very quiet and relaxing: no car noise! Well-equipped house with ceiling fans in all the rooms. Large trees maintain an acceptable temperature in the house even in the middle of August. The huge pool is an undeniable asset. We spent every afternoon there. Being semi-open, it is possible to enjoy it even when the sun hits strong. In addition, it is salt and not chlorine, a plus for the eyes! Finally, Angela is a very welcoming hostess and always ready to be of service. We'll be back!

A great stay with small mouths. We were a large group of 4 families and were able to live together while each having our spaces. The houses are clean and the vintage decor is chosen with care and taste. Karine's welcome was extremely pleasant and we left the premises and our host reluctantly. This place is a simple and human space, thanks to the investment of its adorable owner. A big thank you , we would not hesitate to return!

We had a lovely stay at Joost's beautiful home! The communication with Joost was very pleasant and he even arranged a camping bed and high chair for our daughter. The stair gate upstairs also provided a safe environment for our 2 year old. We really enjoyed the covered terrace where we could still enjoy the outdoors even in bad weather. The pool looked so enticing that we tried to plunge at 18 degrees but unfortunately it was really too cold. All in all had a wonderful vacation where we enjoyed the house and garden and the surroundings of Les Eyzies.

Our stay was very nice, the accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped. The private garden and terrace are also very popular as well as the pool. The environment is wonderful: in the countryside and 2 steps from the Dronne. Thank you to Richard and his wife for hosting us.

We found the estate beautiful. The house welcomed us with 13 adults and one child, everyone was unanimous in saying that it was a perfect place for family/friend reunions. Beautiful spacious house in the middle of Monsegur, a lively small town. We appreciated the separation from the bedrooms and the kitchen allowing early risers to make noise in the morning. The house is very well equipped, had a cot and toys for a toddler. Children made the most of the courtyard and the outdoor toys and games provided. Our stay was too early for the pool to be heated. Sophie was very responsive and accommodating. There is plenty to do in the region. Truly a great stay.

Just stunning. The house is beautiful - Full of character but with all the modern mod cons. Spacious - We were a group of 10 (2 x families) and there is plenty of room for people to do their own thing. Hosts were very helpful. We will be going back one day.

A superb large house and grounds with a fabulous pool, Adrian, Suzanne and Luke were great hosts. Peaceful yet within easy reach of Aubeterre and St Emillion with countless vineyards in between, La Fayette has a lovely balance of rustic charm and useful amenities. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a medium to large group.

Fabrice and Valerie were very welcoming hosts. our French is limited and so was their English but we managed to communicate well with the help of goggle. They kindly gave us a couple cold beers when we arrived as it was very hot, it was much appreciated. The house was very clean and comfy furnishings, and a well equipped kitchen. They cleaned the pool every morning which was appreciated, it's the cleanest pool we've ever had in France. The surrounding views where beautiful and very peaceful. I would recommend and would like to return sometime in the future.

Our stay was lovely! The home is amazing, very comfortable and each bedroom has its own en-suit. Our kiddos played in the indoor pool every day of our stay. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you Christine for being so hospitable and communicative!

The price was correct, great for 10. With bedroom and bathroom and private toilet. The only small downside is that there is no maintenance for this house bathroom fixtures, defective, problem with a roller shutter that doesn't work. It's missing some accessories like a corkscrew, a can opener that doesn't work and no maintenance on the terraces... that's a shame….

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed in. We felt right at home and especially loved all the recommendations of places to visit and sample the delights of all the villages in the area. Mary and Liam could not have done any more for us. We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home.
