Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and foosball are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your tranquility, as the Ville is a bit remote.

This truly was a great escape, so peaceful and relaxing. You do need a car to get around but we this allowed us to explore. Great hosts, always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Discharge upon arrival: reception asking for a voucher that we did not have, obligation to pay linen and tourist tax not indicated in the listing, Sara unreachable. We asked AirBnb to step in and we were promptly refunded the linen. Upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 and a large and very nice terrace. The apartment is spacious. The equipment matches the listing. A microwave is missing, which would be convenient. The residence was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool very much during our stay, there are also tables and chairs in a pleasant common garden. The location is good, a little far from the beach (15-20 min walk for the nearest), nearby there are 3 supermarkets (about 5-7 min walk for the 3), many restaurants and ice cream parlors on the beach road. There are beautiful beaches walking a little north and we are right next to the Biderosa nature reserve: a must!

Beautiful view with sunrise if it's a little morning! The house is perfectly equipped as if you were at home! The pool is nice when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

A very cool place, it wrote down as a universal base for climbing areas, Ulassai, Cala Gonone, Quirra. close to the beach, close to grocery store and meat, well-equipped. Contact with Eleonora was very good, everything was clear. there was always someone on the property if we had doubts. nicely equipped kitchen, large fridge. super plus is a double bathroom. the apartment was clean and tidy. Out of the drawbacks, it could be a bit more linens. Sometimes the wifi was unstable, most of the time ok, but there were strong drops in the quality of the Internet signal - it's more about the quality of the provider than the strength of the wifi signal, which was about.

Fantastic apartment. Everything you need and great location. Check in and check out was easy. Santa Maria Navaresse is a beautifull town with everything you need! Easy access to everything else around (Baunei Coast). Highly suggest

Carla’s rental, La Torre, is located in the heart of Baunei! Offering perfect accommodations and fabulous view! The rental is spotless with all the amnesties. Bars, restaurants and grocery store are walking distance. Great Gelateria (ice cream)! Plenty of outdoor activities and crystal water beaches. Hiking and boat tour along the coast are a must. Best having a small car to enjoy mountain roads and commune locations. Carla is the perfect host!! We will surely return.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We loved it. The local town is very laid back. There are great walks and beaches on the doorstep, and the views from the apartment are wonderful

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Probably my best place to stay. Francesco and his family are very nice, the house is calm, well equipped including everything you need to live, to the kitchen, drugstore. We were greeted with a lot of goodies, including wine. There are beautiful beaches nearby. We would love to go back.

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay at Gianni apartment. The place is lovely with a very nice and quiet garden outside and the apartment has all the necessary facilities. Gianni and his wife were very helpful. I recommend.

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

Monica e Marco are very friendly and polite hosts. The appartment was clean and cozy, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished. The location itself its very quiet and peaceful. The pool is the icing on the cake. We had a very great stay at Limpidu.

Pina’s apartment is lovely. It is very peaceful and in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and some very good restaurants. Fantastic views and sunset. The pool and sunbeds are great. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was good and kitchen facilities had everything you would want. Puna was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Her cake was a lovely surprise and delicious. She was very thoughtful and brought us blankets when we had a cold weather for a couple of days. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice place with amazing friendly people. Apartment is clean and comfortable. You' ve got exactly what is described in the offer. Wifi and aircon works perfect. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Pool was perfect for our daughter, she loved to swim and play with the cats. Bitches around are unbelivable! Every day we were on a different one, so you can choose and find what you want. All of them you can easily rach by car in 5 to 20 minutes. We really enjoy this place. Highly recommended. Giuseppe's apartments are clean, modern, and well kept. They offer all the advertised amenities, and are quite friendly and helpful.

Very good stay at Frederica's, we enjoyed the tranquility, the view, the comfort of the pool, the accommodation is basic but just what you need!! Despite the language barrier and the lack of telephone network, we enjoyed our exchanges with Frédérica who provided us with all the information we needed for our stay from the garbage cans to the local butcher shop.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The communication went smoothly, the apartment and swimming pool were in very good condition. The garden is beautifully maintained and the view is phenomenal. The area is nice for hiking or to go to the beach. We definitely recommend a holiday at Ugo! Greets, Koen & Tine
