Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The apartment was earlier part of our single-family house and is now separated from the back basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 persons. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more (pull-out double bed). Bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 exploratory chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly bitch.
