Ruby Cottage : Studio separate from main house.

The one bedroom cottage is secluded with its own private entrance. You can let yourself in. It is separate from the main house by a courtyard. It’s a perfect location for you to stop while you explore the NE of Tasmania. We have everything you need for a restful sleep and your breakfast will be waiting for you in the kitchenette. If there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask. We are friendly and happy to have a chat but equally happy for you to have privacy and keep to yourself

Very comfortable new 3 bedroom dwelling on acreage, centrally located and overlooking the Ringarooma River and campgrounds It's north easterly aspect and large L shaped veranda provide sun all day long. "Blazeaway" is the dwelling closest to the street on the site. It's kitchen melds seamlessly into the dining and living area, and with cathedral ceilings throughout it feels amazingly spacious. Welcome to Millies, a charming, cosy miner’s cottage in the historic town of Derby. In 1874 George Renison Bell discovered tin and miners flocked to the valley. In 1876 the ‘Brothers Mine’ which was named after the Krushka brothers, was opened. The settlement that grew up around the mine became known as ‘Brothers Home’ and that name persisted until in 1887 it was decided to change the name to Derby. Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun.
