The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Spacious and family-friendly holiday home on two floors with fantastic views of Lake Garda (garden, terrace, balcony and pool with lake view). Nice facilities, enough space for two families with children and a toddler safe pool (shared with the neighboring house). An olive grove stretches in front of the light-filled house. Serniga as a district of Salò is an idyllic, quiet village without through traffic, approx. 1.5 km as the crow flies to the lake. Ideal for relaxing.
