Great, modern place that is conveniently located to great restaurant options. Rooms were very comfortable and the decor was very nice.

My stay at Fernando’s place was amazing! I hadn’t been back to Lawrence since I graduated college, and this trip was a great way to see my old friends again. The house was awesome and modern, cozy, and designed so well. It had everything I needed and felt really comfortable. The location was perfect. It was private, so I could relax, but it was also close to all the popular spots in Lawrence. I loved how easy it was to get around. Fernando was such a nice host and reminded me how friendly people in Lawrence are. Staying here brought back so many good memories. I would definitely recommend it!

Good location and comfortable place to stay

Blaine’s place is a gem. We stayed in suite 2 which is the upstairs unit. It is 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a separate sitting room as well as a spacious living room. Everything is extremely clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped and a supermarket is half a block away. We walked to downtown in about 25 minutes. Driving is 5 minutes. We also appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was very comfortable also. 5 star stay!

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. Was especially impressed at the quick response that ANNA gave every time I texted her. The neighbors upstairs weren’t so bad and the noise is to be expected in that type of a unit on the lower ground. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home in a charming neighborhood. The apartment is a dream for book lovers and has some interesting local literary memorabilia. It’s closely located to the home where William Burroughs lived the last few years of his life. Burrows Creek trail is also nearby. The apartment is quiet with an expansive back yard. Our hosts were very gracious. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Great place to Stay at, a lot of restaurants & convenience stores close by, overall good place!

What a great place! My husband’s father is not doing great so we decided to come back to Lawrence, his home town, to visit with him for a full month! The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed…we were super comfy and cozy and felt like we were in our own home all while being close to family. The views of the river are spectacular and being above a coffee shop was definitely an added bonus! The properly manager, Kris, is a class act and tended to every need we had with easy and kindness. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the trains, as others have, but it grows on you and I came to love the sounds! I even started learning the “codes” conductors have and had a good laugh with my husband every day! I can’t recommend this place enough. By far the best in Lawrence!

LaVonna's was amazing! We rented the space for our lovely queer wedding, and really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the space was. The sunset with the horses was beautiful as well. The host was very kind and helped us get in. She also got us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special day. The thoughtfulness and special touches were wonderful, we really appreciated this stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is cozy and beautiful. She even added extra amenities incase you needed which I thought was amazing. Host was very sweet and helpful! We had a flight delay and she was very understanding about it and let us stay a bit longer than expected. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Dom was wonderful as a host during a difficult time in our lives. The blizzard caused some delays in getting to the apartment and with the loss of my Mom during our stay we had a local place to regroup before heading home. Thank you for the care you gave to us.

This was a perfect fit for us during our stay in downtown Lawrence. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hosts really thought of everything. We were able to walk everywhere of interest from this location. BONUS: The Saturday morning farmers market in the parking lot sent us home with some very tasty snacks.
