the photos don't do justice to this place. it's right in the heart of the medina but it's unbelievable how quiet it is inside. we loved the hammock and they have a beautiful tree right in the middle of the garden. we had breakfast as well that that was gorgeous. really enjoyed staying there

Ali was very kind and always available, even after our check-out. The riad is in a fairly central location and easy to get to, the rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful terrace on the top floor.

Muriel was very responsive and helpful prior to our stay as we needed a recommendation for an extra night due to an airline change. The riad was just as described and felt very comforting, clean and “tres drolês”. Ibtissam is amazing, just like all the other reviews have indicated. She explained the area, took us to our first destination with instructions on how to get back (somewhat trying in the Medina!). We had mint tea when we were there in the afternoon and breakfast was amazing!!

Stunning Riad right in the centre of everything. Super responsive, warm communication from Jean-Marc & Nathalie, and we were well looked after by Mohamed and Fatima. The place is beautifully furnished with real character and authenticity. The bedrooms are set on 3 floors giving privacy, our teenage daughter loved having the top suite to herself! Mohamed met us from the taxi (arranged by Jean-Marc), we then asked him to take us around the Medina the next day to get our bearings, and he met us that evening after we had eaten out to take us into the square at night which he could see we were a little nervous about doing on our own. We went on a lovely trip to the Atlas Mountains with him too - really worth doing. Fatima provides a super breakfast for £6 per person, we didn't need to eat until dinnertime. She can also cook a lovely evening meal in you prefer to stay in. Le Slimana is great local restaurant 5 mins walk. All in all highly recommend.

It is worth noting the speed of communication with the host, in addition to the good location with restaurants, shops and nearby pharmacy within the development.

We have just finished a wonderful stay here. It was our first time in Marrakech and we cannot thank everyone enough for how responsive and helpful they have been. Oussama has been so friendly, informative and helpful. We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the Riad (we saw some others and they are not all like this). We were made to feel that we could come and go as we pleased but that Oussama was there when we needed him. We stayed with our two children and we had two adjourning rooms which was perfect. When the sun came out, we enjoyed the roof top and when it was a bit chilly, we made use of the heated indoor pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay in amazing Marrakech!

We had a great time at the Riad it exactly matched the photos and our expectations and its proximity to the souks was perfect the place is quiet of Fatima is exceptional she welcomed us warmly and advised us on a lot of things which is sure we will come back very soon

Fabulous Airbnb experience! The Riad was so nicely decorated & very comfortable. We visited in winter for a week: heaters on the inside patio were available for the chilly mornings; heaters in the room were available but we mostly didn’t need them. Plenty of warm water, good WiFi and a relaxing rooftop terrace were a plus. The best part of our stay was the attention & support from Simo & Fatimzarah who made us feel first as though we were in a private hotel & then as welcome family. Fati came & prepared a beautiful breakfast daily, & then we were free to enjoy Marrakech. Easy to stroll through all parts of the Medina from our perfectly located riad which was also just a couple minutes walk from the taxi pick up/drop off area. Also, our hostess, Anne, was very responsive & prompt in her communications. It was a great house with an exceptional team & we would definitely love to return some day!

I highly recommend Mrs. Amina's apartment, which is carefully furnished and with all the comforts more than essential, the apartment is very clean, a beautiful RDJ with direct access to the pool (bcp better than in the photos), on behalf of my small family, a big thank you and see you next year inchallah.

Great family week at this clean and quiet villa! The heated pool was a real plus and Smahine is a very responsive host, with nice recommendations nearby. We were driven so everything was easy to access (shopping, city center). The cook Sarah makes some really good traditional dishes. We recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the farm from July 25 to August 1 with our family (26 people). Warm welcome as soon as we arrive. The farmhouse was spotless, clean and well equipped. The private pool and micro baby pool were perfect. The small garden with two outdoor lounges, a foosball table, a swing and a rope delighted the kids. Just 8 minutes from the center of Oualidia, with several beaches nearby, the setting was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed many activities in Oualidia. Communication with our host was excellent, always available and helpful. They let our kids visit their space with animals and gave us fresh eggs and organic vegetables. We recommend this farm 10000%. Everything was perfect and we look forward to returning.

khaleds place was so good infact it exceeded my expectations. it offered me great comfort and privacy and security. Khaled is a very friendly and responsive guy and this helped build trust in him and his accommodation. my partner and I were so impressed with khaled and his flexibility to accommodate us. I would like to add that the place had all utensils, had great furniture, clean, smelt great, insect free and overall just better than the pics. Had a smart tv and PlayStation too which was a good touch. also I was really impressed with the touch pad door handle for entry. that was a cool idea as didn't need to meet anyone at check-in or check out. total trust. there was nothing I could have added more. I would visit again and again and khaleds place is where I would stay for sure. nothing else i have stayed in before in marrakech compares to this. great place. I strongly recommend.

We had a great time at Amal's, the children particularly enjoyed the residence, our hosts were very friendly and attentive, they always responded quickly and all our requests were processed. Thank you very much.

We went as a group of young ladies for a bachelorette. This home was the perfect place to celebrate our sister in. The staff was helpful, the house was always clean and anything we needed assistance with we knew help was never too far away. Honestly this was the perfect venue it was almost as if we were at all hotel without having to be separated into different rooms or floors. The concierge on sight Jed was very helpful and did his best with responding. We didn’t really have any issues and even when we did they were addressed promptly so absolutely no complains. I hope to come back here again!

i was very pleased with my stay. Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The location was great . The owner was very welcoming and always available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Marrakech.

The two of us really enjoyed staying 3 nights in this mini oasis - the beach next door in January was almost deserted. Thanks for the hospitality and a very well-maintained retreat.

Everything was ok , clean and tidy. The 3 bedrooms had space heater. The Riad is 5 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa square.

We had a great stay at the appartment. Calm neighbourhood but we definitely felt save to walk around!

Great host great place

This is a truly incredible space which is an absolute joy to spend time in… we were absolutely obsessed with the lighting and tiling/plaster/stone work finishes!! So many of the little design details are a delight to discover and the roof terrace, with views of the Atlas Mountains is incredible. It’s really excellent value for money and felt more spacious and stylish than in the images.

We had a great time in this pretty riad. Thank you to Fati for her responsiveness and the organization of excursions at the best price (essaouira, ourika waterfall, traditional hammam),to Karine to solve the small problems, and to Naouel for her smile ,these breakfast her kindness and all her little touches. All Michael's team makes our stay even more pleasant. The riad is well located next to a bustling street with restaurants , various shops and traditional catering and when you return to the riad plus a noise except the birdsong.
