What a gem of a property! This home is comfortable, spacious, clean and located in a great spot. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. Host really takes care of her guests with the added comfort of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Highly recommend this location for your anchorage stay.

Convenient for a weekend get away. Ben was a great host, I had to check in late & he was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The space was clutter free, comfortable and had great parking.

This is very clean and nice Condo. I felt quite comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Otavio was a great host and provided what I needed.

Awesome place to stay. Very home like, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. Its in walking distance to a grocery store and laundry on site so if you dont want to youll never have to leave the door step. Host always responds and acts in a very proactive manner very pleased to rent the property

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. There was a nice, full kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and a nice temperature for sleeping. The TV was easy to use. We were really only in the place for sleeping as we had a busy schedule in Anchorage and it was perfect for that.

We felt like we were looking forward to going home every day. It was a cozy place to stay, clean, and had stunning mountain views. Devon went above and beyond with the things he provided. He left enough K-cups for us to have coffee every day. He had snacks, milk, creamer, and more. He was also extremely responsive. I think he responded to every message I ever sent within five minutes. The only caution I can give has nothing to do with Devon; the cul-de-sac that the retreat is on is nice and cozy, but when walking to get food nearby, Muldoon is just a little sketchy. That said, food like Waffles & Whatnot is well worth the short walk on Muldoon.

Craig’s place was perfect for our family, easy to locate and eat to check in and check out. Quiet neighborhood and easy/ assigned parking for our vehicle. Would book again for more mini family get aways.

Pros: -Amazing location. Private and super serene but quick walk to downtown. Steep forested embankment outside - like a wall of green. Your own personal forest. -Super clean. Crazy insanely clean. -Great amenities. Free snacks, drinks in fridge. Laundry detergent/softener, mini hotel soaps/lotions/qtips/eyeglass cleaner/advil etc. Everything you need to be comfy. Folding kids playpen and extra blow up bed/linens in closet. Cons: -Nobody loves this space - it's clearly and AirBNB run for profit and everything is cheap quality but works. Kitchen tools are cheap nonstick, cheap appliances, blankets all synthetic. Furniture feels flimsy. -Aesthetics are lacking. Harsh lighting, cheap random decor, DIY flooring. Pictures are partially inaccurate. Again, nobody loves this space and it shows. -Old building/plumbing. Floors creak loudly, can clearly hear neighbors upstairs walking around, walls are pretty thin. Hot water runs out quick. Annoying but NBD. Overall, solid base camp. :)

This is one of the very few listings that are actually worth booking, the pictures really do the place justice. I was satisfied with every single detail that I saw in person. Very safe neighborhood/area. There is a park next to the building, I enjoyed my morning walks.

Great location easy access to restaurants stores, and to our son’s house. This was a great place for us to stay at while my son and his wife were having a baby. Our host and cohost was great at responding to any questions that I had would stay again.

Great place to stay, amazing value for the whole condo and easy to bring my dog. I booked last minute and was able to text and get the check in info within 15 minutes. Would recommend if you’re staying overnight or a couple of weeks in Girdwood.

Great location both Brad and his wife were very helpful giving us great suggestions fir things ti do while we were there.

We had a great stay at Amy’s Girdwood apartment. We came in on rail and left from Girdwood station and her place was close to the station. Girdwood is a quaint town, a taste of Alaska! The ski resort is right there as well. While we came in the summer, it would be a perfect place to stay while skiing! Thanks Amy for a great stay!

Great place! Needed something last minute and made a great choice!

This town home is convenient to everything Anchorage has to offer. We loved having separate living spaces on different floors. The Basketball arcade game, which in the garage, kept us from being able to park in there. I highly recommend Harley's for Breakfast. They have sourdough pancakes and Reindeer sausage. (It's walking distance from the house)!

Stayed for 3 weeks for training and was a good stay. Perfect for a family of 3. The king bed was absolutely comfy! Only downside was the small bathroom but we made it work.

My husband and I enjoyed Carrie's space. The view overlooking the majestic mountains is definitely a big draw. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise. For two people, the apartment was quite spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Bilateral lamps with USB ports. A full size fridge to store the various leftovers we had from the great local restaurants nearby. Of note, the bathroom is right next to the bed so with two people you can easily hear the other person's business. So good to give a warning. Otherwise Carrie was very responsive throughout our stay. Glad we had our own parking spot. It made us appreciate the local life. Would certainly consider this place next time we are in Anchorage.

Nice location, easily walkable to the UMed District if traveling for healthcare work. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Clear instructions for check in/out. Space was tidy with necessary amenities for a long term stay.
