Smithson was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was very clean and felt like home and relaxing. I highly recommend the cottage for a wonderful visit in Asheville NC. We will definitely be back!!!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a cute place that’s in a lovely town. The coffee shops and down town were fun to explore. It’s also within reasonable driving distance (~1hr) to other towns like Asheville to explore. The place was spotless. Alex & Julia were always responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful property with such pretty views of the mountains! The house was spacious, extremely clean, very well stocked, and perfect for our family. Great outdoor space as well, our dogs absolutely loved it!

Lovely home in the Village of Cheshire! Jake is a wonderful host and the house is even better than the pictures. Beautiful neighborhood with walking trails and playground for kids. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog along and the convenience of the fenced backyard. Hope to return one day :)

Great location and perfect for three couples to have a weekend in WNC! We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace and fire pit, and being able to walk to downtown Black Mountain. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was well-appointed. A few things could have been cleaner but overall it worked well for us!

Beautiful spotless home and convenient to Asheville! We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, larger walk in shower, deep soaker tub and hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

This was a very quality stay. Easy to find the designated parking space even in the dark. Nice path to the tiny home. Easy to check in. The tiny home is quite nice with quality fixtures and appliances. The shower is excellent with good water pressure. Very thoughtful set up with everything you need. I would stay again. Has a nice little back porch with a little back yard area.

Great, peaceful place for our family trip. House is great and had everything you need. Kids loved playing in the stream. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

Arayna’s Airbnb is in the perfect location! It’s close to downtown Asheville but the mountains are also close. The location is a nice little break from the city life but still close enough to enjoy activities and come back home to rest. She offers a lot of local (and dog friendly!) things to do in the area. Also the lap pool was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Jennifer’s place and we ended up getting trapped in Asheville during the hurricane Helene. Jennifer and her family were so very kind and helpful and they share supplies, food, and water with us and we quickly became family. The airbnb space is perfect for a couple or small family and you’ll have everything you need. The location is easy for access to shopping and the highway. Highly recommended. THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!

Spacious and clean house. Wonderful host. Close to Main Street (HWY 70). Peaceful community. We had 16 guest plus one infant. Everyone was comfortable and secure. We look forward to our next trip with Mighty Tree Property as our preferred host. Corie Jones

Cute little cabin in an Absolutely peaceful, remote area. We loved the bridge to get to the cabin, little river in the front yard, fruit trees full of apples all around, the hot tub and seeing the horses in the field. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Amazing time in Asheville. If you are making a decision on visiting Asheville and worried about your choice for AirBnB, please let the worry go and book this home. We had a group of 10 (4 adults/ 6 kids) and repeatedly stated how happy we were that we booked this home over the others we were considering. The home was perfect for us. Our kids never wanted to leave the house. It was roomy, clean, and offered so many at home amenities. We will return to Asheville area and the first place we will look to stay is this one, nestled beautifully in Arden!

Good: Thoughtful and considerate about small details people might need when they are traveling, ex- first-aid kit, female hygiene etc. Neat and clean place. Extra spares like blankets and other stuff. The place is peaceful, close to nature. Things to consider: The other bedroom doesn’t have an isolation between bath and bedroom. It would have been good to have blackout curtains near the entrance door. And actual door or some form of partition there.

We spent a month at this cute little chalet. It was lovely! It is pretty small to spend a long period, but I imagine would be perfect for a shorter trip. The bed is big and comfy, the kitchen is very tiny but has all the tools you would need to cook and the living space is comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful but on top of a small mountain- so walking can be a challenge. While this place is tiny, the space is used well. The hosts were great also!

I lived in the cottage for two months and it’s a very special place. Magical touches abound, extremely thoughtfully stocked, and above and beyond hospitality. The bed is comfy, the hot tub under the stars is dreamy, and the location is peaceful and close to nature & the sweetest coffee shop on the east side. Kambra’s hosting is really what makes this place stand out—she is extremely responsive, kind, and laid back. I felt right at home and can’t recommend highly enough!

Our stay at Julia's was just what we needed. Great host, very caring and responsive about some unexpected needs while we were there. Close to outlets, blue ridge mt entrance and arbotertum. Loved the ingles grocery nearby. Would absolutely stay again, thanks Julia!

My friends and I rented Rob's place for a week-long reunion after years of not seeing each other in person. The house is large enough to afford everyone space and cozy enough to enhance gathering in the 2 living rooms. We especially enjoyed the private deck. Driving into the city districts was quick (10-15 minutes) and easy. I'd definitely recommend Rob's house for a visit to Asheville, especially if one wants to bring along a canine companion- large fenced yard!

This place is GREAT! It was exactly as advertised but actually even better in that the rooms are bigger than they looking the photos and the shower is huge with outstanding water pressure. The place is very dog-friendly, and Shane and Silver are wonderful hosts. A dog-friendly coffee shop - Penny Cup, which I highly recommend as well - is less than aile away and a perfect morning walk with your dog!!! I will definitely try to stay here again.
