Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Austin

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

Excellent place in the heart of the Domain. Apartment is clean, well-stocked and stylish. William was friendly and responsive.

First time in Austin but I loved this location. It is close to downtown (Ubers were under $10 anywhere around downtown). It is also right off the Riverwalk making it walkable to downtown (if walking a mile or two is fine). The area is very quiet for being so close to downtown. The spot was very clean and good size. It is your typical nicer apartment and the balcony is a plus too. Ida was a great host, very responsive. A few cool places within a block, Buzz Mill is a great coffee shop to hang at. Rosita’s Al Pastor across the street is amazing.

Great location, comfortable studio, excellent host. Would be happy to stay here again.

Cory’s place looks just like the photos, I meal prep and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my meals the place felt like home. If I have to work again in Austin I’ll be sure to look at his places 1st.

The place is great, and the area has everything you could ask for. However, the host is very slow to respond and won’t be helpful if you need anything, which is a downside. Apart from that, I can still recommend the place.

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

had a 4 night stay at this place. host was accommodating when I needed to change from 6 to 4 and made a request. history was responsive when I had questions. it is lined with beautiful trees. it is an apt complex that is about a 15 min drive to UT. there is an amazing nepalese food truck and heb less than 1 mile away. lady bird lake is about 1.5 miles away near oracle and you can do the entire laklake if you want. laundry is centralized and that was the most challenging part of the stay but not too bad.

This place was awesome! Amazing views, great amenities (especially the pool), great location, walkable to almost anywhere, lady bird lake was great to walk every morning. The place itself was amazing. Very clean and everything was easy to find! We checked in after midnight and it was as easy as can be!

So quiet, great pool, and easy check in/out.

The condo was a quaint little space near downtown, very accessible, and very clean. The gym located on the same floor was convenient.

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!

Willam was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns ! He gave great recommendations for a quick taco and coffee ! The condo is located near everything if you can’t wall a quick 5-10 min Uber can get you anywhere in the city

Very clean place, quiet neighborhood, free of traffic and Ivan was a very good host. He was always attentive during my stay.

If you’re looking for a 3 bedroom, with every amenity you can think of, centrally located near all of Austin’s hot spots, this is the place. Not to mention the hosts were incredibly helpful, caring, and gracious. Can’t recommend enough!

Sue was very responsive and was quick to help when initial plans fell through. The house was cleaned and smelled so good. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone traveling in Austin.

Perfect play for a large group (especially guys) as you get your own bed, and the backyard is perfect for horsing around. Would stay again.

Amazing stay! The home is huge and perfect for a large group. We were impressed by how well the home matched the pictures, and at how well stocked the kitchen was. The home is also walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, and close to the river which has a nice running path. Would definitely recommend!

A fairly pleasant stay, cozy house and quite familiar area.

This was a perfect place for our two week getaway to Austin. The Midcentury Modern home is fabulous renovated and it's very apparent that the hosts have put a lot of care and thought in decorating it in a very comfortable and inviting way. Everything we needed was easy to find as it was well-organized and well-stocked. There were great nearby ethic foods. We liked the Rice Bowl for Chinese and Santorini Cafe for Greek. Also, all the restaurants and entertainment at the Domain was a short 10 minute drive away. Overall, we highly recommend. Thank you!
