Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Boise

The apartment was very spacious and clean for our day. We had easy walking access to get to downtown for the festival. Only one key fob to share between the five of us but we made it work by utilizing the lock box! Having a huge fridge with plenty of kitchen amenities was nice as well.

Great place hang served our purposes well. It was super quiet and walkable to everything. Great choice for the price!

Just book it!! Super cute place! The one bedroom/1 bath was perfect for me! Super close to downtown. I was traveling on my own and felt perfectly safe. At night i had to download a sound machine bc it was a very quiet neighborhood 😂 Overall, awesome! Thank you, Patty!

My 3 month stay was fantastic. The place felt like home, great location, private, everything needed for an extended stay. Molly was a great host as well. Recommend and would stay again.

What an amazing find! We stayed here while touring BSU and felt like we were living on campus. We loved walking the Greenbelt and around downtown, too. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Thanks for the great stay!

The hosts, James and Megan, are amazing. I booked this property for some of my nursing students who were practicing at a local hospital - St. Luke's - which is a few blocks away. They offered guests use of bicycles they have available for guest. They even went as far as to bring them a slow cooker to use while they were there. Thank you, James and Megan!

Really liked the place. The bed was comfy. Full sized fridge is great. The shower was really hot and had high water volume. Very close to a bunch of restaurants etc.

This was a cute, cozy, comfortable & clean hide away! Simple but beautifully decorated. More extras than I anticipated - little things that made it feel more like home! Renee and Nick were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again!

Really nice & clean place, looks just like the photos. The neighborhood is lovely for walking. My only complaint is you can hear everything in the adjacent unit, so be prepared for some noise if someone is renting the place next door.

I booked Kam’s place for my mom while she was in town visiting. It’s a perfect studio apartment! So cute. She said the bed was super comfortable and having a full kitchen was really convenient. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of parking, and it’s close to everything.

Quiet cozy home, loved the private parking. Had zero issues checking in, loved that there was water and snacks available if needed and close to a variety of places. Host was super friendly when talked to him. Loved the place and wouldnt mind staying again. Everything was super clean and overall great stay.

This Airbnb just gives the feelings of a host that really enjoys hosting and is very hospitable. From personalized notes to food/drinks, snacks, clear instructions/recommendations, and lovely decor/design (like the mural outside), extra touches (like toiletries in case you forgot something, robes, getting the two sofa beds made ahead for our kids, etc), you can just tell a lot of care and thought went into this space. Julia was very responsive, we just didn’t need to reach out much because it felt like they had already foreseen any potential question/need and it was already taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING! If I could give them a higher rating I would! This spot is so adorable! They really have an attention to detail. I’m not someone who drinks coffee often, but they don’t just give you a Kureg with coffee pods. They provide coffee beans with a grinder to make FRESH coffee. AND to my surprise they had matcha available. Who could ask for more?! They had everything labeled and organized throughout the house. Had a lot of cooking-ware available in the kitchen which I used. Maximized the space for sure! The bed was so comfortable. Not to mention they provide small personal fans on either side of the bed for your comfort. I love sleeping in a dark room at night and I didn’t realize before arriving but they had black out shades. I slept so well! I also could not get over how thoughtful the small bathroom space heater was once I got out of the shower. Overall, I enjoyed the owners - very communicative and helpful - and the space! I’ll definitely want to come back.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Nick & Dawn's Green Door. We cooked at home a lot and used the grill, oven and stove with the provided utensils and pots & pans easily. When we needed to extended our stay another 5 days they honored the same rate as the first 6 days. Very much appreciated, and as luck would have we didn't have to move to another rental. When we did need to talk to or contact N & D their response time was quite fast and always helpful. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks, T n T

Fantastic place to stay in Boise! Everything is within 10 minutes' drive, the place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to use the community pool, just a short walk away. Jacquie and Leah were super responsive and friendly, great recommendations for local places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Perfect for our family of 4!

This place was beautiful and the perfect getaway. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The hot tub was amazing and they have a lot of fun things you can do! The hosts are amazing at communicating and checking in.

My partner and I stayed in this studio for a long weekend during TreeFort. It was the perfect home base to walk downtown to all of the events, and then come back and get a cozy night sleep. We both work remotely and appreciated the 280mbps wifi we had in the room, the Sky Lounge, and the co-working space. The gym was a great amenity to have too.

The perfect Airbnb! Clean and cozy with all of the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Amy was easy to communicate with and very responsive! We’d love to stay again if in the area!

We loved our stay. The jacoozi, gym, pool table, fishing pond, and access to the beautiful Boise river were the highlights. Would definitely return.

It was my first time in Boise and this home made my stay even better. The location was super convenient and extraordinarily clean. Also, Phil and Dana were wonderful host who very attentive. This home suited my needs and I recommend this beautiful home to anyone.
