Holiday rentals with breakfast in Downtown, Boston

this is truly the spirit of Airbnb - a family home, with all the love and personality that comes with that. Dot and Seth left us a great place for our family to gather and relax. The rooms were so big! The bathrooms were awesome and the kitchen was so comfortable.

Marilyn’s place is my home away from home! It’s my 3rd time staying there and I absolutely love my stay there and enjoy the moments spent with Marilyn and her super cute Lilly.

Great stay. Felt very at ease and welcomed. Totally amazing that Annie shared some of her Chinese new year homemade dumplings. Very unexpected and delicious! Clean, quiet room. Very good night’s sleep. It was freezing cold outside but i was warm with the lovely blanket and comforter. Nice hot shower, too. Close to the train station (10 min walk) where there’s a great cafe (Tatte) nearby.

I throughly enjoyed my Boston stay at Robin's. Her home's vicinity to the local T station allowed for easy daily use of the subway. The cozy (yet spacious) room featured a private bathroom, which helped me feel less intrusive to all of the home's occupants. Robin was a knowledgeable and gracious host, eager to help while maintaining guest autonomy.

Terrific accommodations in a very convenient area of town—I didn't need to get back in the car after I arrived, and spent most of the days I was there walking Salem. Jennifer is kind, proactive, and very friendly; she took the trouble of stepping out to meet me when I first arrived, and offered some wonderful recommendations pre-trip (Spitfire Tacos ARE the best). The room was cozy and quiet, and she had made a space heater available for single digit temps. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be walking distance from Salem's highlights but off the beaten path for sleep!

Leda is a wonderful host who welcomes family and friendly get together a at her home. She also has unbelievable taste! The basement is a great area for kids, as well as the backyard. The wine, coffee, and baked goods were also a special touch. We would definitely stay at her home again! It was actually our second visit:)

I had to change locations from another property and Johna did a fantastic job placing me in this place. The location worked and apartment was perfect. The communications about the change and the new place were smooth. I appreciated the fact that a new location was found that was close by my original rental. I have rented from Johna a few times before and will continue to do so when in Boston.

Kareemo (host) & Sabah (hostess) were gracious & personable throughout our stay. They greeted us upon arrival & gave a personal tour of the space to ensure we had all we needed. The couple also offered great advice for places to eat and shop for groceries. Sabah, upon hearing I enjoy Harissa provided me with a can of true Algerian Harissa. Later she even surprised me with an authentic Algerian Harissa based dish to eat with the Tuscan style bread they graciously provided as part of the conveniently stocked pantry. I enjoyed it with some eggs, which were also already in the refrigerator when we arrived. toiletries, down to tooth brushes, q-tips, shaving cream, and women's sundries were all provided, just in case. This really was the most hospitable Airbnb we've ever stayed in. We definitely plan to return next time I work in Boston, hopefully for more than just two nights next time.

Amazing and beautiful space. Lavette was very helpful. We also had the opportunity to meet Tony who got us in the place and he was so kind. We would come back again!

We had an excellent weekend stay at John’s place. The location is quaint and quiet, but the nearby transit makes it easy to access the sights of Boston quickly and reliably. John was such an amazing host, a pleasure to chat with and his space is so cozy and homey. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Beautiful place, perfect stay for a family.

Patrick is an extremely friendly and attentive host who really cares about the people staying at his house. The place was a great value. Picky details: There is an adjacent roommate who sometimes plays TV so if you are sound sensitive like me you might want to bring ear plugs. I'm pretty sensitive and only resorted to earplugs maybe one night out of ten. The other issue is that the house is normally at 70F day and night, if you like it cooler you might want to cover off the heating vent in the room and stick a towel under the door. Overall a great stay, I plan on going back.

I enjoyed my stay at Dans. I had my puppy with me since I’m relocating to Boston and Dan was very accommodating. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. I would stay again.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Donnell’s place! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The place itself is peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Commuting was also super easy, which made my trip even more convenient. A special thanks to Donnell for his kind gesture of shifting me to a better room on the first floor when I mentioned feeling chilly due to the cold weather outside. That truly made a difference in my comfort! Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommend! 😊

Connie was super helpful, especially since I consider myself a bit of a “country bumpkin” & she quelled my anxieties about check in, parking, & recommendations on restaurants. The room & bathroom were comfortable, cozy, & clean! I loved seeing the moon & stars as I drifted to sleep. Additionally, due to the arrival of a blizzard, I decided to head home early & Connie offered & refunded one night stay, something I did not expect or ask for! Connie is without a doubt a kind & accommodating hostess! Recommend this room wholeheartedly if you’re looking for a peaceful space to rest after a busy day at a conference or event in the area.

Stayed at Christie’s for a night and it was absolutely perfect! If you’re looking for a place to stay I highly recommend booking here! Not only was the place super clean and comfy but Christie was also very kind and welcoming, felt right at home.

This is a gem of a place. The location is great: in a quiet residential neighborhood, a ten-minute walk from the T. The space is terrific. High ceilings, exposed brick, south-facing windows, funky decor. It's even bigger than it seems in the pictures because guests have access to the entire second floor, which includes the bedroom, private bath, living area, and kitchen. Peter and his wife and giant dog pretty much stay up on the third floor, but I did have a very nice conversation with Peter, who is funny and interesting. Overall, top-notch accommodations.

i had an incredible experience staying at Myra’s airbnb. the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myra was extremely responsive and made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. the location was perfect, and all the little touches in the home made it feel special. i highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future.

Hope was a great host to us! She greeted us at the door and made us feel truly at home. She was such a pleasure to talk to and she gave us great insight into the area and recommendations for our time in Salem. Her place was super cozy and unique. I would absolutely recommend for any one traveling to Salem to stay with hope!

Great peaceful stay in Cambridge. Comfortable and cozy. I loved all of the books. The granola was a really nice touch. Had everything I needed. I locked myself out of my room one time and Joan was very responsive. Recommend if you are in Cambridge, walkable to campus and close to buses and food in Porter Square.
