Artisan Loft in Historic Five Points with Rustic Red Bricks

Explore Denver's art district, then climb the steel stairs to this eclectic loft where vintage charm meets steam-punk fashion. Portuguese-style patterned tiles blend seamlessly with a bottle top coffee table and industrial-chic lighting. This space was a family project (Steve, Lisa and Mick who are brothers and sister) – a carriage house built behind our 1900s house near downtown Denver. The building was designed to mimic older architecture to fit-in with the historic neighborhood. The interior was designed to carry that vintage charm inside with exposed brick and steam-punk fixtures and furniture to blend vintage and industrial design elements. We designed and built the structure including detail such as the black pipe chandelier, steel stair case and funky locker cabinets in the bathroom and bedrooms. Handcrafted items and collections from our family are displayed around the house. The carriage house is exclusively for guests so anything you see is available including food and drink. As much or as little as the guests desire. We will be helpful in answering any questions about the neighborhood and where to eat and drink. Historic Curtis Park is situated between two commercial corridors: Welton and Larimer (RiNo). There are plenty of restaurants, craft breweries, wineries, cideries, and dispensaries nearby. Take the A-Train from DIA to Blake and 38th Station. From there it's a 12-minute walk or a short Uber/Lyft ride. B-Cycle station nearby at 33rd and Araopahoe I'm new at this but my brother Mick hosts the "1880s Carriage House" across the street which is Colorado's Number one airbnb, so I'm getting hosting tips from him.

Stroll Capitol Hill from a Cozy Foursquare Home

1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds in living room sofa. WIFI, TV w/cable included. Keyless entry makes for an easy visit. The space is 1 block from a city bus stop and 2 blocks to Denver B-cycle. There is street parking, however we recommend walking, biking, or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere in the city. The space has a separate entrance with keyless entry. It is one bedroom, one bath, a kitchenette, and a living/dining room. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces at your leisure. Laundry access can be made available on request. This is our home and we live upstairs. We are an easy train ride from Denver International Airport to Union Station, and then a $10 Uber ride to the house. The apartment has its own entry on the north side of the house. Guests will have access to the front porch and the back patio. Street parking only. Host lives in the top floors of the house and is available via airbnb messaging at all times. We have an individualized door code for each stay so you can come and go as you please. The home is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, which has a history of being a haven for artists and bohemians with its boutique shops, graffiti murals, neighborhood dive bars, and music venues. Downtown is within easy walking distance. Marijuana is legal in Colorado. Feel free to partake but no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Street parking can be tough in Capitol Hill if you arrive late at night. Our neighborhood is walkable so you probably won’t even need a car for your stay. Public transportation in Denver is also reliable.

Cute, Cozy and Comfy one bedroom apartment in LoHi, Denver's most exciting neighborhood. Central location with quality and eclectic dining and entertainment options all within easy walking distance, close to Union Station and the new Train to the Plane, and easy access to I-25 and I-70. This one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and living room with cable tv, and a bluetooth speaker. Super comfy queen bed in beautiful, clean and newly built apartment above our garage.

Treat Yourself! You Deserve this Place!

This gorgeous, brand new, guest suite with a private entrance and private covered patio is located in the vibrant Highlands neighborhood. Only four blocks from beautiful Sloan's lake where you can enjoy paddleboarding and bike trails. With e-bikes and scooters on every corner, the 3 mile trip to Union Station downtown is a breeze. The space is also within easy walking distance to three of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver that host some of the most popular bars, restaurants, and breweries.

Location, Location, Location! Your stay away from home is located in the garden level of my beautiful townhome. You have your own guest suite with bed, bath, and living room area with kitchenette. Located close to entertainment venues, hospitals, parks, and just a five minute walk to downtown Denver. Near lots of great restaurants (and VooDoo Doughnuts)! Incredible walk score of 96 and bike score of 93! Close enough to the city action but in a quiet corner. #OpenToAll

Unbeatable location - HUGE 1 Br 1.5 Ba Loft

You won't find any 1 BR condos this spacious in Downtown Denver. 15' ceilings and huge windows will have you feeling comfortable and stylish your whole stay. Grocery, restaurant, Convention Center, bars, shopping, dispensaries, starbucks, and more all less than a 5 minute walk from the front door. Literally best location ever (check the reviews). I am constantly upgrading this place making it better. Just installed brand new big screen TV's and some new art for example.

This is a private studio apartment with large deck overlooking West Highland. All New. Just 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, an 8 block walk to Highland Square with its shops & restaurants and 11 blocks to the Tennyson Street Collection - and Lower Highlands (LoHi) is not much further. About 1 1/2 miles from Union Station, Larimer Square, 16th St. Mall, Coors Field, Broncos Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Ball Arena, and other downtown attractions.

Newly Renovated Private Cottage in Walkable Area

A quaint carriage house in the beautiful Cheesman Park neighborhood- recent full renovation completed in July 2022. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars and the park are all within blocks- the closest grocery store and coffee shop are less than a block away! This is a completely stand-alone unit (NOT attached to house or garage) providing for a quiet and private stay. Vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, AC units, and washer/dryer make for a comfortable stay.
