Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Jacksonville

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. I’ll definitely recommend Daniel home to anybody his communication was very helpful he answered Any questions that might have been asked..he also checked in to make sure everything was good enough for us! His home was amazing inside and out the pool was perfect!! If ur looking just for a small mini vacation in Florida please don’t hesitate to contact Daniel I promise u want be disappointed at all.

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

I absolutely loved the stay. The space was absolutely perfect, clean, and I felt safe with the gate. The location was also close to markets, restaurants, and the Mayo Clinic. Ashley was helpful and extremely sweet. We had a sweet note waiting for us upon arrival and it felt like a home away from home. Don't wait... Book it!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Quiet and cozy. This was a beautiful place. The space was larger than what I thought it would be. I loved the Porsche and there was a nice lemon tree in the yard. Overall 5 stars and next time I’m in the area I will look for this place again.

Very honest and trustworthy host. Informative and understanding. Was accommodating to our needs and has a lovely, cozy home. If I had a question or need, Host was quick to respond. Can definitely recommend.

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Racheal was a great, responsive host. We needed to book a place last minute and she was willing to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay at Kristi's place. The neighborhood is quiet. The house smell good. all the furnisher are new and good condition. My friends were happy about my choice. If I have to go back to Jacksonville, I will definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect solution while our house was being renovated. We live nearby and could get back and forth easily and still feel like we were in a comfortable home.

This was a great place to stay with my pup! Wonderful walking area, quiet at night, the host was amazing!

Nice unit, loved the split bedroom layout with two large bathrooms. The covered porch was a nice plus.

The place was exactly as advertised. When we arrived, it was not only clean but smelled clean too. The bed was so comfortable and pillows so fluffy we easily fell asleep every night. The view of the ocean was spectacular and sipping coffee on the veranda while the waves crashed on the beach was like heaven. The place is fully furnished including beach chairs and Claire and William were very responsive when we had questions. It was our first vacation in 5 years and they made it magical. Can’t wait to stay there again!
