What a wonderful cozy place to entertain.

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Great location- a balance of quiet and privacy with access to downtown Pensacola. Kitchen is fully furnished. Street parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces available. Very seamless experience.

My crew was in town from Fort Worth working on a few landscaping projects nearby. It was great to have such a nice place for them so close to work. We will definitely book again.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Tammy was a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole process easy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and the pool was just what I needed. Everything was around a 20 minute drive. The area was quiet and clean. An overall wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

this was a perfect, cozy spot for us and our dog! the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet although in great proximity to the main roads, restaurants, and stores. I love the bright and shiny new tub in the master bedroom and the super soft towels!

10 out of 10. Afua's home was the perfect location for our family event. The house is neat, clean, and tidy with lots of space to spread out. The upstairs living area was a super plus for us with an additional family room, bathroom, and kitchenette. The main floor layout was perfect with the extra bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is fabulous - updated, modern, lots of counterspace, with nice amenities. Love the new, large fancy fridge. The location of the home couldn't be better - it's walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants, with the Gulf and the Sound on either side. Afua was a gracious host - always responded to questions and graciously allowed our small family reception. Afua even allowed us to see the home beforehand. This home will be part of our family's memories forever. Perfect space, perfect home, perfect host. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to Afua.

Loved staying here...was very accessible to what we were doing this week. Will definitely book again when we come to Pensacola for a hockey game or just to get away for the weekend.

Our family of 5 with 3 grown sons felt right at home. We loved the house and everyone had their own bathroom! We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, riding bikes and 2 of the boys enjoyed several days of golf! Dee Anna was the best host! She answered every question with a timely response! We would love to come back next year!

We loved our stay at the beach! We are local to Pensacola but wanted a place close to the Beach Wedding venue for our oldest daughter. It was convenient and a wonder and memorable stay with our 5 children! Plenty of room for all of us!!

Great place to stay! The house is spacious and clean. The pool is fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for our family. The hosts are great communicators and showed me around on arrival. They took care of the pool while we were there to make sure everything stayed perfect. Definitely recommend!

Had a nice thanksgiving here while visiting my daughters boyfriend who is at the naval base.

The place was nice but it smelled kind of musty and my mom has some asthma issues but dmitry was very kind and helped us get a refund due to my mom’s issue.

We stayed 30 days to get out of the cold from Ohio. It was close to the beaches, State Parks and restaurants. Christian was very response if we have any issues or questions. I would recommend this rental.

From the moment we booked Josh was so hospitable. He reached out ahead of our arrival with super helpful and clear information, and even provided a line up of activities for us to do throughout our stay. The house was perfect - exactly as described, and had just enough furnishings to feel at home without feeling like we were trying to fit our things in someone else’s house. We had a few questions while we stayed, (not a single issue with the house) and Josh was quick to respond with helpful tips. The location of this home is wonderful! Close enough to everything while feeling secluded and private. The home is adorable and clean. Leon made sure to communicate all check in and out instructions in a timely manner. The guestbook gave us great recommendations for restaurants and we loved adding our own experiences.
