The apartment is in a great location that is quiet yet just a few blocks away there is tons to do. It was spotless, comfy and you feel right at home. It was perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend!

Johnny was very responsive on all communication. I asked for a special accommodation and he happily made it happen. The house was very clean on arrival and had everything needed. Nice bed, nice chill area with futon and tv, good kitchen space and a nice clean bathroom. If I was ever in San Antonio, I would definitely look up this place again to stay.

The place was exactly as described and very easy to check in and out of. Very walkable

Rented Johana’s unit for NCAA Final Four weekend. Accommodations were just as advertised. The property is located on a quiet street near Fort Sam. Johana was a gracious and very responsive host and was quick to answer any questions I had. If my travels take me back to SA, I would definitely consider staying again.

The stay was good private location and very clean. If ever in San Antonio again I would stay there

This place is very comfortable and cozy! No issues with parking and is a Home away from home with dishes to use etc. There's a Great size TV to binge watch shows/movies after exploring the city! The Hosts are very responsive! 5 out of 5 stars for sure! 🙌

Anytime I had a question my host responded very fast. The place looked exactly like the photos. Very easy to understand instructions.

On short notice, we booked the AirBnB day of. I was worried this could cause some issues but all we ran into was a well prepared host ready to take us in. Instructions for entry and exit were clear and we were happy with the location!

The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches that made the experience even better. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

This was a great stay. Yocasta and the other host were very helpful and welcoming. Overall I would give this place a 4.5. Everything was great just a few minor things. I had some trouble with the AC when I first arrived and with the gate code, but when I reached out to the host they helped with the situation and it was resolved. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Julian's place was one of the best airb&b places I have ever been! Super clean and cozy, very comfortable beds and nice enviroment. His team of hosts are amazingly nice and very dedícate to make your trip easy and they go beyond. They were very kind to let us check in earier and also drop off our luggage, which for us was a life saver! We met one of the host, and she is an amazing lady, very friendly and really a good person who made us feel very comfortable. Thank you all for such a nice airb&b experience! We definitely recommend Julian's place!

Jennifer & David were wonderful hosts. Great communication before, during, and after. Flexible and friendly. Location was an easy walk to the Pearl area and some other local spots. Easy for Uber/Lyft to find as well. Bed is really comfortable and the ACs work great! Very important for a San Antonio stay. Will stay again next time I’m in the area.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

Great place to stay, very close to the river and very good places. The apartment is better than in the photos, very spacious, nice and very clean. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a great stay in San Antonio. The hosts always made sure everything is very good. Thank you for everything, we look forward to returning soon.

This rental unit is a gem located in the heart of an apartment complex where parking is easily accessible. Multiple pools are available a short stroll away from your suite. Shopping centers and entertainment such as Ocean World are within 15 minutes drive from the complex. You can go out to enjoy the local cuisine or bask in air conditioned comfort to enjoy the ambiance of this one bedroom haven.

Nice duplex with comfy beds and a lot of kitchen amenities. Big screen TV in the living room.

I don't know where to start, Mr.John was attentive to all my messages from start to finish Im here to tell you that everything was just like the pictures very clean. guys guess what there was a welcome note sitting on the counter for us when we walked in. The bathrooms was really clean and so was the rooms the towels were placed so neatly we didnt even want to messed with them lol the beds were very comfortable and last but not least the balcony was nice pool area beautiful and peaceful to the point you could go out there and read a book. We walked to the store to get flour which i forgot to leave for the next guess. The location is great as far as everything. I'm coming back soon because it was not long enough I stayed three days. I am sooo very happy i chose this one and I hopefully will chose it again and again Mr.John thanks again for everything!!!
