Sylvie’s place was clean, fairly spacious yet casual. The bed was comfortable. Great view of the pool and backyard. Lots to do in the area. Good value. Sylvie was so friendly and interesting. Would go back.

Cozy little spot, perfect for a weekend get away

The location and amenities were as advertised! Needed new batteries for the tv remote and Sterling had them delivered right away (in the rain)! This was my very first Airbnb and would highly recommend this property!

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean, decorated lovely with a theme of Christmas, which we loved, and cozy. We loved the outside porch which allowed us to sun there on a really windy day with a view of the beach. The beach was a few steps away, which was so convenient. A few cute bars were within walking distance which as great. It was a great location and close to a lot. We loved Anna Maria island with its white sandy beaches. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. It was peaceful, a dream come true, and we will never forget it.

This 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath accommodation is riverfront on the beautiful and wide Manatee River. It is clean and comfortable. The outside sitting area looking at the river and the water birds is stunning. TVs in every room, comfortable furnishings and beautifully decorated, the rental is located on the bottom floor of a large family home. It’s ideal for a short stay.

We loved this place. It felt like home right away and the owners were very attentive, even though we stayed a short time. We had concerns about handicap access which were responded to quickly. We brought our kids here to see it, so they know they now have a short term place to stay on their yearly winter stay in Florida. Very clean, with everything we needed. They even provided condiments and butter....butter, that was unexpected. How nice. We have already recommended this place to several friends from Iowa, so they have a known place to stay when they visit.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

They provide everything one might need or want in a physical sense, as well as a special ambience of peace and comfort and hospitality. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to stay in that area to experience their lovely apartment!!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Ewelina's property was well appointed, safe and extremely clean. She truly thought of every detail. When we had a question, it was immediate responses via text or email. She gave us suggestions for wonderful places to eat. Our stay was for three weeks and we felt safe the entire time on the property. The gate attendants ( who are not on the property) sometimes took a few minutes to allow us to proceed into the community- but for us that was an added security measure that we appreciated. We would definitely stay at one of her properties again. She is a wonderful host.

Suzette was super friendly, flexible and responsive. This was the easiest place to get in and out of. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful, safe and quiet property. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Hot tub was a super nice perk. Bed was extremely comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Everything was very clean and neatly organized. Left out bottles of water and Kcups for the coffee machine and even a couple of beers in the fridge. House was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Sound machines kept place extremely quiet. Host was friendly and responsive with great local recommendations. Would definitely stay again. Great little garage conversion getaway that felt super homey and comfortable and not like a converted garage in any way. Master had blackout curtains and was super quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was super clean with extra towels and great shower pressure. Easy to get to lots of close restaurants and easy to get to downtown Sarasota. Exceptional experience all-around and price was great for the amenities provided!

This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. The property is quiet and easy to get to attractions in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Property owners were informative and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was beyond what we expected! From a comfortable setting that felt like home to an amazingly responsive and kind host we could not have asked for more. We were impressed with the comfortable furniture and small details that were thought of like nice shower gels and extra laundry detergent. Location was convenient to grocery stores and offered many options for walking around and exploring. If you are looking for a place to call home for a period of time and want to ensure that any need you may have is addressed then look no further!!

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. We booked at the very last minute due to problems with another hotel, but that didn’t floor Andy and Aleksander. The place was ready for us within an hour. The apartment is beautiful, beds were super comfortable, decor was gorgeous and their thoughtful touches made us feel extra welcome. The apartment was also supplied with beach gear which was awesome. Best of all were the pool and hot tub access in the complex, less than 2min walk from the apartment. The pool was outdoors and heated - not a common combo - so using it in late December was extra fun. The hot tub was kept at a perfect temp and jets were super strong. Great for aching bodies! The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. 5/5, highly recommend, would absolutely come again if we were in the area.
