This is a wonderfully renovated mid-century house in central phoenix. It’s close to many restaurants and services. The orchard restaurant is walking distance next door. Everything is well stocked and very nice. You will love it!

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

This AirBnb was one of the best we've stayed at. What a wonderful experience. The house had everything you needed. Everything was well thought out and things were labelled for ease of use. Loved the coffee bar. And the place was cozy and clean. The host Amanda was extremely responsive. You could tell she wanted you to feel welcome and comfortable in the home. garage was unavailable however Edgar the host came and provided a key for the gates and we were able to park our bikes in a safe area,,Edgar was more than kind for his time,,the house was more than I expected,,very clean and comfortable especially the bed

Rubel is an amazing host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The quiet backyard is a great place to wake up in the morning while watching ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The location is perfect, close to eating and shopping. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend this home.
