Julies house was fab for us to stay whilst visiting family in Topsham for christmas. It is beautifully decorated and a very welcoming home. We loved Julies house. Great location in centre of Topsham so handy for all shops and bars. Fantastic trip.

Absolutely loved our stay, facilities were amazing, just as described and obviously very looked after. Was a the perfect cosy winter getaway and absolutely loved the outdoor fire pit! Chris and Jan also provided some wonderful suggestions for food which took lots of the stress out of planning, we can’t wait to return

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

A lovely last minute getaway for two very active boys, two quite active parents and two very active dogs! Sue got back to be quickly with any questions I had - which as it was our first air b n b experience was really useful. Would highly recommend

Thank you very much Charlotte and Martin. Lombard Mill was a picturesque, tranquil and beautiful place to rest and recover in January. We saw the resident heron by the stream which was lovely, we explored Fowey, and loved coming back to a very quite cosy space to light a fire. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was the perfect size for a self-catered break and the bathroom was clean, with a fantastic shower. Overall Lombard Mill is a well thought out great stay with artful details and wonderful surrounding gardens/woodland- we will be coming back! K and D x

We’ve had a wonderful stay at James & Rebecca’s place. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures.. we could actually hear waves sound :) I’d definitely recommend this place & would love to stay here again. 5 mins walk to the nearby beaches, restaurants. Responsive host & clear check-in instructions..

The cottage was historic and charming, right in the centre of Salcombe and literally a short walk away from pubs, shops and a beautiful harbourside stroll. David was very helpful and courteous in all his dealings and even sent a guide to Salcombe in the post, prior to our stay. Thank you - we really had a lovely time for my husband's 70th birthday!

We have just spent a lovely Twixmas break at Deborah’s beautiful place and I’m already trying to figure out when we can visit again. We loved the location and that the space felt totally private but was only five minutes from local pubs and restaurants. I loved being able to run down to the beach in the morning and we both enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea from the lounge. Spotlessly clean and with lots of little touches to make us feel at home - I’d highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again!

Great stay, location was central, walking distance from shops and restaurants and beautiful beaches. great host ! Would go again
