Welcome to Pierre Châtel, Matheysin village perched at an altitude of 950m. Summer and winter, you will find a quiet and peaceful place to recharge your batteries. Beautiful spacious apartment of 54m² with direct views of the mountains for a nice sunrise. Anthony and I live in the house adjoining the apartment and are happy to connect. 1 secure car/motorcycle parking space. Ski/bike room Immediate proximity to hikes and lake 20 min walk away.

This perfectly located home offers easy access to all sights and amenities. Apartment T3 of 77 m2, 1 bedroom bed 140 x 190, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, sofa bed, equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, electric oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster ,...), washing machine and wifi box. This property is located on the 3rd floor of a small old downtown building. Narrow spiral staircase, not accessible to people with limited mobility.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this house of 75 m2 has been completely rehabilitated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a upscale service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even airy… It is a real small eagle's nest that dominates the village… but feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

This Scandinavian-style apartment has been completely renovated with as guiding ideas comfort, harmony and design for a family, friends or lovers. We tried to combine modernism with the authenticity and history of this building. The pebble walls of the Bourne, the fireplace, and the harmonious decor will have to make you experience unique moments of cocooning. Our will: to be as good as you are at home!

New apartment: pool access, garden in summer!

Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Fully renovated apartment, 1st floor ( adjoining our house ) 65 m2 : 2 bedrooms, beautiful main room light with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10:00 am 11:30 am 2:30 pm 6:30 pm!.... Heating included, please respect the maximum 19 degrees and stop the radiators ( do not COVER them with linens ) if you enjoy the durable opening of the windows!…

Nice little apartment on the banks of the Drome

Ce logement parfaitement situé à l'entrée du village, devant la rivière, offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. On est juste à l'entrée du cœur du village en saison estivale ça peut être très animé ! Si vous cherchez le calme privilégiez une loc. en campagne. Attention bien comprendre que Le canapé est un 2e ou 3e couchage mais d'appoint.
