Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dumaguete

Wonderful place to stay, hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. Area is a small, quiet subdivision with a convenience store near. Easy access to the diversion road to get into the city of Dumaguete or visit the mountains of Valencia. Would stay again in future visits!

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a separate building in a gated off front yard. There is plenty of space inside and the bathroom felt very new and clean. It’s situated close to the dive resorts/centres. We were able to walk from here to restaurants, cafes and bars. The host kindly sourced a motor for us to use when we wanted to drive to Dumaguete. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was by far the best equipped apartment that we've encountered in the last 6 months, that we spent traveling through South-East Asia. Especially the kitchen was a gem with all sorts of cooking equipment and lots of cutlery and kitchenware (even sharp knives!). The beds are comfy and the split inverter AC units seem pretty new and do a great job.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gloria's villa for two months, and it was a truly wonderful time. The villa itself is stunning, offering a breathtaking view of Apo Island. The garden, filled with lush palm trees and plants, is beautifully maintained and just fantastic. We particularly appreciated the tranquility, privacy, and the soothing sound of the waves in the background. The pool was a perfect retreat, whether we wanted to cool off, swim, or simply relax while gazing out at the sea. Gloria is a very warm and accommodating host, always ready to assist and quick to respond to any queries. A special thanks goes to Jeff, who cared about the garden and was very friendly and helpful . To explore the area and shop for groceries, we rented scooters, which gave us the freedom to discover the surroundings at our own pace. We can highly recommend Gloria's villa and hope to return again in the future.

Great location, less than 3 km from forest camp. very close to the park and outdoor markets. close to Pedal and Pump coffee shop which is also a bonus. I would recommend doing a deep clean when you get there, sweeping under the beds, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms. The furniture for the livivg room area seems to be patio furniture so it's not the most comfortable for lounging but better than nothing. Like 5/30 days the water would turn yellowish orange but I guess that's why it isn't recommend to drink. Shower when waters clear. 2/30 days there were power outages. Would go out around 3am and be back on around 9am. There was construction happening when we left, like 5 ft of trash removed from the complex and few of the apartments still being finished so it's not the most visually appealing but the neighbors are super nice and friendly and there was a very sweet stray cat with a couple litters who was friendly and petable. Great place to stay on our vacation, glad we found it.

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌

I desired a complete rental that would eliminate any concerns over the need to obtain additional items. Doris provided a spectacular unit that included everything that was required!

We had a great time staying at Completado with Rose. It is a nice quiet place in a nice neighborhood. The Florintina hotel has a nice restaurant. The location was great, It is close to everything but not in the middle. Rose is a greatest. She is very responsive and helpful with everything. She helped us renting a motorbike, going on a tour of Apo island and even with getting our laundry cleaned. We enjoyed our stay at Completado apartments. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Dumagete.

The place was clean, spacious, has almost complete kitchen needs, very cozy & feels like home. Host was professional & friendly. We all loved the place & will surely come back on our next Dumaguete trip in the future. 🌞

We had a great stay at Gelo’s Space. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. It looked modern and well-designed… you wouldn’t even think it’s inside a simple apartment building. It truly felt like a home away from home with a five-star hotel experience. We also appreciated Gelo checking in on us from time to time to make sure we were okay and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Super affordable thanks for the stay

I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!

A wonderful place for our kids to swim

We enjoyed our stay perfectly fit for our group. Recel was very friendly and accomodating. The unit was clean and no insects. We surely recommend this unit to our friends.

The unit is spotless, with a comfortable sofa and bed. It’s equipped with all the essential kitchen tools and provided enough supplies for the duration of our stay. Vince, the host, is very responsive and helpful. Plus, it’s within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in Dumaguete.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Dumaguete. The location of this condo is amazing, so many restaurants and it's nice to walk along the waterfront. also, we cooked several meals. the kitchen is well equipped. Edcyl was responsive and helpful. Thanks for the stay!

We had an amazing stay at 71% Diving Resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was great for a private family getaway. Will definitely go back there.

The place is exactly as described. I love how close the place is to a lot of restaurants. Easy to find transportation as well. Network reception is a bit poor, though. Rasselle is a great host. There was an issue with the internet connection during our stay and she immediately reported it to the service provider. She even gave us favourable options should we decide to check out. My husband and I decided to proceed with our stay and the internet issue eventually got fixed later on.
