We had the most wonderful stay at the crab shack! As a family of seven, it can sometimes be tricky to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style — there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. What truly made the stay special was the peaceful setting. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away felt like a dream. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some quality time together without any distractions. The views were breathtaking, and the fresh sea air was a treat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea :-)

Absolutely loved our stay in glorious Findhorn. Location and quality of accommodation first class as was the weather. It was all made better by the excellent local amenities - The Bakehouse & The Kimberley Pub!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so relaxing with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very responsive and sent recommendations before our arrival of stuff to do. We loved the board games that were available! Was even better we could take our pup with us too! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The location was great, very modern interior and easy to get around. Although a little dusty but all is made up with the amazing vibes and atmosphere! Sam (The host) was super responsive and helpful as well! Appreciate the responsiveness and the flexibility of his.

We loved staying at Claire’s cottage, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable trip, it was spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. The welcome pack was brilliant, and had all the information you’d ever need. Claire’s communication was fantastic! 5* cottage and 5* host! Findhorn is a lovely place and everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, the bakehouse along the road is fantastic and well worth a visit!

Beautifully decorated and charming, gave us the feeling of living in a castle but with modern accessorises. The grounds were walkable with lots of wildlife. The welcome pack was a great addition and communication was clear and concise.

We loved our stay in Gayle’s beautiful home! It was far enough out of the city to be peaceful and private, but close enough for easy access to excellent restaurants and shops. Our kids absolutely loved the game room and made the few days we rested inside fun and meaningful. The many beautiful bathrooms made it easy for our 12-person party to stay clean and refreshed. We also were appreciative of the welcome basket with breads and goodies in the fully-stocked kitchen. The large fridge and excellent dryer were a plus for us Americans! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlotte’s house, especially its position so close above the river. Perfect for a multi-generational family gathering; the surroundings are beautiful and the house very spacious. Unfortunately the open fire in the sitting room smoked quite badly making it difficult to spend time in there, even a few days afterwards. The log burner worked well. I would recommend this farmhouse.

Kim has made inspired used of small space. She has thought about what guesthouse would like and need and provided everything. We had great walks in snow by the Haughs and beyond. Good places to eat & shops nearby. We'll done, Turra!
