Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Duncans

Space is just as described. Clean, modern, comfortable with working amenities (washer and dryer, ac, hot water). Host provided very detailed instructions and was easily accessible. Only issue is the noise from vehicles passing by but that was the least tbh. I’d definitely stay again.

Patricia’s place was perfect-just as described and even better. The front patio was a beautiful place to sit in the mornings and enjoy my coffee. Check in was easy, and the apartment itself was perfect. Patricia provided driver recommendations-and did not disappoint. Patricia was also very responsive via messaging and an overall genuine and helpful host. She has created a caring community of people in the complex. One night we were invited to go to a gathering with other people at the complex and felt right at home and received great recommendations! There is a restaurant and a pizza place at the yacht place next door making it easy to head over to eat. Beach access is a short walk from the apartment. Beautiful place to watch the sunset! Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!!

I will definitely be staying at Tony’s once more. once you walk into the apartment you feel right at home. The AC was immaculate, the apartment was very clean and tidy not too much clutter. He provided clean towels and the bed was definitely a plus since I had just had neck surgery 3 months ago and needed it to be a good mattress and it was. He was so responsive. Anytime I had any questions I would write on the Airbnb app and he would respond almost immediately. The Location was also great. It was a short distance to supermarket taxis if you needed it also, the beach was just a little drive down the road beautiful waters. the pool was literally down a little path from the apartment that I did make use of, it was also clean. Also will definitely recommend and use Tony’s place once I’m in Jamaica again the vibes were just right. Thank you

Stayed for a week. Liked it a lot! Apartment is bigger than expected, amazing sea view, comfortable patio furniture, apartment has everything you might need.

Everything was clean and just as pictured. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable. The area was perfect. I was walking distance from the beach, shops,and restaurants. Only like a 5-10 minute ride from the airport. And the same distance going downtown in a local taxi. I highly recommend this airbnb and would stay here again when in Monbay. The hosts were very flexible and the communication was amazing. I had zero issues during my stay.

Wonderful Stay! We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jean's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with jean's was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property by mikey. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with sharkies restaurants and horseback riding. This was a comfortable stay. I like the cleanliness of the apartment, and the artwork. The apartment had its own entrance on the side of the house, with a keypad lock. We had to message the host Odane a few times as we ended up at the back gate and not the main entrance, but it was not hard to find. With that being said, I like the fact that there are gates and security, which made us feel a level of safety. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, I would suggest anyone coming to bring laundry sheets, or pods to be able to do laundry. I would suggest that the host provide at least two bottles of water, as many people do not drive and need something upon arrival to drink, or for use to make coffee or tea.

Had a wonderful time here. It felt like home away from home. I loved that my safety was number one and the host was responsive no matter the time. I would recommend and look forward to future bookings with my family.

I had an amazing stay at Luxury Escape. The space was was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels made it feel like home. Sanjae was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I really loved staying at this air b&b. It was quiet, close to the grocery store and away from the main hustle and bustle of Ochi. As we drove up my eyes lit up with excitement. The outside was esthetically beautiful but the inside was even better. That Master bedroom is amazing. Great balcony with picturesque views. Pool area is kind of small but it provides for intimate water time without a crowd. Great community and fantastic host and staff. I would definitely book again.

I don't know where to start, Damion's place far exceeded my expectations! It is far more beautiful than the posted pictures with many upgrades and beautiful decor. Beautiful bathrooms in every room and nice closets. I stayed with my family which included 3 children and 2 adults and had a great time at the nearby pool and playground and simply relaxing on the patio. Most of the attractions are a short drive away as well as food and my kids' favorite- Starbucks. We arrived late in the evening, and we were pleasantly surprised with snacks and drinks waiting for us. TVs were in every room and wifi included. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we enjoyed evening walks looking out at the beautiful views. The security to enter the neighborhood was very thorough. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Recently spent 8 days here on our trip to Jamaica. Excellent accommodations and Lester And Kim were very responsive. The place was exactly as described. Great location, a pleasant 2km walk in to downtown Ocho Rios, just far enough away it was peaceful being away from the hustle and bustle. We had a rental car for excursions and the place was very central to many attractions. Loved the open airy feel once the windows were opened up and we were right next to the swimming pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and we had many pleasant meals here. Would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone planning to stay in Ocho Rios. Thanks Lester And Kim!

The apartment looked exactly like the photos if not so much better in person it was very clean easy to get inside and they responded quickly with any questions I had. It’s very close to the airport and shopping plaza. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt like returning to our home away from home.This was our 3 rd stay at Deserene apartment at Jewel Grande and we were not disappointed.The location is great as well as the unit itself. The staff has been friendly and welcoming each time.Deserene was a great host being available to us at all times, if needed.Highly recommend it, if you like to get to know Jamaica and its wonderful people and culture.

Suzanne's place is just a described and shown in the pictures. Perfect location with all places of interest in Ocho Rios at walking distance or short drive. Few steps from the beach that you can literally see from the balcony. The apartment is clean and well kept. This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway with my wife and will be our go-to place in Ocho Rios. Thank you Suzanne and, of course, Miss Shelly for hosting us.

New, very private and secure condominium, beautiful grounds that are very well kept, beautiful pool, awesome tennis/pickleball court, very well equipped gym. Friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay. Nadine was very sweet and helpful everyday. Ricardo is an excellent driver and his rates are fair given the excellent service he provides. The Houseboat Restaurant is close and is excellent. Electric Pizza is also close and we loved the pizza there. Easy to run/jog in the mornings as there are long sidewalks just outside the front gate. Complex is very peaceful. Often we were the only people at the pool.

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from our host Serene. The place is gated with 24hr security so no need to be worried about your safety. The location was perfect with nearby beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, it is about 10 minutes from the airport which was very convenient. The apartment is just as the pictures and has a beachy theme vibe as in its name. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Serene’s place and would definitely stay there again.
