Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Welcome to Paruru, our new studio accommodation. A dream location, only five minutes walk to St Clair Beach & its vibrant cafe scene. Just a short walk to bus stops if attending a concert at the stadium. This new build has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Relax & enjoy the view over the rooftops & out to the ocean. This 'tiny' studio is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you into Green Island where you'll find 'Fresh Choice' supermarket, and several takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin International Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

This is the ground floor apartment of a recently refurbished Category One listed building located in the historic Warehouse Precinct of Dunedin. For the engineers it has a double hand riveted I beam imported from Scotland running through the middle of the main room. The high ceilings give it a sense of space and depth. All windows are double glazed and while located on the ground floor it is surprisingly quiet. Enjoy the quality cotton bedding and relax in your inner city sanctuary.

Easy walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes & restaurants, Hot salt water pool (1st Oct - 31st March). Self contained guest suite adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). We are on a relatively steep section with a windy path up to the house, which is uneven in places.
