Great location , loved the view. Perfect for our family

We are familiar with this neighborhood as we’ve been staying in it for over 20 years. This house had a better view than expected; having an empty lot below it was great for both view and privacy. The house was very serviceable, with all sorts of kitchen utensils and nice appliances. King beds don’t seem to be common in the Airbnb world, so it’s appreciated when we find them! We would stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now and it is our favorite coastal get away. Will return again. ❤️

We would highly recommend the Dolphin House. The home was very clean and just what was advertised. We did have an issue with the furnace not working properly. We contacted Debbie and she went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable, sending extra heaters and new furnace filters late in the evening. Debbie checked in on us daily though texts and emails to make sure we had no more issues. We will definitely stay there again.

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach house! The location and views were amazing. The house was bigger than expected and so cozy! The master bed was sooo comfy and the accommodations for babies and children were top notch. Thank you so much Claudia and we plan to book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dawniel’s place. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and appliances and we really liked the comfy king bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location to the Ocean, easy access from driveway. Great views overall. It was nice to leave the firewood for the fireplace, and it was easy to pick up more from the Market in town. The Kitchen was really accessible, and easy to use. Some of the people in my group were not a fan of the 2 steps go get from the kitchen/living room area up to the dining room area and premium view of the Ocean. But, for most people it was not a problem. The TV’s were nice and easy to use as well. Great place overall!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Randy's lake house, spending tons of time in the water and enjoying the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We are big game players so both the beautiful patio table and the dining room got lots of use. So nice to be close to amenities in town but get to go back to a lovely natural setting. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Our trip started on a bad note when some of our friends were unable to come due to the weather in our home town. We decided to go ahead and brave the weather anyways and it was so worth it. The place is gorgeous and so comfortable. Downtown is just down the street and the bay was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.

Great house! This was our second time staying there. Plenty of bedrooms and living areas, big well-stocked kitchen. Nice view of the ocean. Erik made it easy, and we had a great time.

This was my second stay at Wildrose Cottage, and I'm sure it won't be my last. The cottage is right in the heart of Yachats - super easy to find, easy to walk to just about everything (including the ocean, all the shops, and multiple excellent hikes), and yet still somehow super quiet at night. Tessa left a binder stuffed with local menus, hiking maps and recommendations, as well as well-labeled features and clear instructions for things like using the jetted tub (glorious!). Comfy beds, cozy living room, nice big kitchen table. Tessa was communicative and easy to work with and keeps the place in tip-top shape. Wildrose Cottage is definitely my first choice for a stay on the coast when I need a getaway!

Tim & Lynn's home is so peaceful and private. The space is cozy and inviting. Beds are comfy and NO CHORES!! We loved the water view and close proximity to the ocean. We will definitely keep this spot on our favorites list!

Beautiful home and yard, secluded and quiet but close to town. They were available quickly for questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

Very cute little house in a great location. Nice kitchen, which I used, and an awesome shower in the master bath. The host was very friendly and very helpful as I found most of the locals to be. There is a small duplex in the rear that shares the driveway but it wasn’t an issue…I just didn’t recall it in the description. Overall, a great experience and, yes, I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our weekend at Greg's rental! It was a perfect location for our weekend at the coast! We had everything we needed and loved paddleboarfing on the lake! We'll plan to stay there when we visit in the future!

Beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Bedrooms were comfortable (I wish I had a master suite like this one in my house). Living room was relaxing. We enjoyed visiting with family in it. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed plus a few we luxuries we don't normally use. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

By far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. The house was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and so well orangized. You literally are right on the beach! The hot tub was amazing and the fire pit under the stars was the topping on the cake. We will be back!! All I can say is book this place!! It’s amazing!

Had an awesome time here with my family. The house was clean and felt like home. Amazing views. All the beds, linens and pillows were so comfortable, felt like heaven. The host was very kind and very responsive. Will definitely be back.
