It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body temperature regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and A SMALLER 6Ft (183CM) BED (this is for children only) There is one dedicated free parking space at the front door.

Lots to see and do in the area, Safari Park, Loch Lomond, Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument, Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies. Farm shops and cafes too many to list. Key safe for convenient access. Suit 2 adults and travel cot for toddler. Private space at the side of house, fenced for dogs. Out door table and chairs.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.
