This property is situated on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 brand new kayaks on site or drive to Ft Island Gulf Beach and have the perfect river and beach getaway! This is a new construction home, everything is new. AC, roof, kitchen, appliances, etc. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs and up to 7 kids upstairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.

FREE use of the kayaks, golf cart and paddle boards during your stay.
