Private apartment with fine finishes and nice decor , the beach is a 10-minute walk or a couple of minutes drive. You can also take the truck over Avenida Malo Cerritos which is within a couple of minutes walking distance. By car the marina is 3 minutes leaving on the south side, golden zone 6 min, 10 min the boardwalk and 7 min from Plaza Gallerias. It has a smart TV in every room and room, internet and Netflix, located on the second floor in front of the pool.

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

Beautiful villa 200 meters from the beach

The beach is a five-minute walk away, the area is very quiet and private with 24-hour surveillance, there is oxxo and kiosk, it has public transport, as well as taxis and pneumonia. The house is super comfortable with three bedrooms and each with full bathroom and smartv. It has wifi, air conditioning throughout the house, the garden is beautiful, and the common area is padrisima, has a playground, swimming pool, fast soccer field and basketball court

Relax in this unique and quiet getaway in a beautiful newly remodeled condominium on the beach where you will enjoy the beautiful Mazatlan sunsets! It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, smart TV, smartv TV , internet, internet, beach towels, beach towels.. fully equipped! Marina del Sol has 2 pools!! :) NOTE: On the same floor we have another equally condominium for 6 people (only 2 condominiums per floor) so it can be up to 12 people joining the 2 :)
