Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Durham

We had a lovely weekend staying at Vanita's home. It was the perfect, cozy place to spend a snowy weekend and we enjoyed great walks by the water in Woodstock. Look forward to staying again!

Great spot for a group of friends for a weekend! We loved the easy and close proximity to Hunter Mountain for skiing + tubing, we were able to walk right from the Airbnb. The amenities like the sauna and pool were a great addition, too, and it was a large amount of space for hanging out! Would recommend!!

This is such a beautiful house with great amenities. Aliaksandr was very helpful and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday.

This charming cottage in Lake Katrine was spotless, beautifully organized, and perfectly quaint. Adele and Arielle were incredibly kind, diligent, and always quick to respond. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making for a cozy and relaxing stay. We are planning to book again in the summer and highly recommend it!

Jen’s place was not only extremely convenient in getting to and from Hunter Mountain, it was the perfect cozy home for the time we didn’t spend skiing. The home was clean when we arrived and well taken care of. Hopefully this home is available for our next getaway!

The apartment was cute and had charm albeit a bit dated. The private parking space was great so good not to have to park on the street during ice and snow storms. Carin was super responsive and really helpful when I asked questions even walked me through how to use a French press for coffee! And the location was close to my daughter, which is always important for me

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

This place is great! I cooked a LOT while I was there with my partner and although the kitchen isn’t a “full kitchen” (as the host cautioned in our initial messages) it had everything I needed to make what I wanted! Location is incredible and the hiking trails around the property are awesome. The heat and hot water were so consistent which was awesome. Truly no complaints!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

My family and I had a lovely stay. It was exactly what we wanted out of a weekend trip away from home. At the end of our stay, we all said that we need to come back again and have a longer stay!

I had a lovely stay at Sophia's. It was nice being a little ways from town (about 15-20m to Hudson or Catskill) for some quiet and spaciousness, but also easy access to shops/restaurants when I wanted. The apartment itself is beautiful and has a simple charm. And I had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. I do recommend earplugs for sensitive sleepers as the heating system can be a tad noisy (not loud, just some tapping and creaking off and on, and to be expected with an old house). Sophia and Gleb were very responsive and I appreciate Jesse for sweeping the snowy stairs for me. Would stay here again! Also, it was so fun to see the cows, sheep, and chickens in the morning!

A quiet and peaceful getaway from the city! Such a great place to relax and hang out. We were nervous about taking Amtrak and if Ubers were limited, but that was no problem. We also brought groceries but Uber Eats/Doordash were quick too. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for an escape from the business of NYC :)

We loved our stay!! Cozy little cabin in a very beautiful and private getaway. Becca was very responsive and provided us with what we needed for our ski trip. The town is quiet but within a short drive we found really good restaurants. The people in town were also very friendly.

This cabin is beautiful, very nicely decorated, clean, new, refreshing and just overall a great place to stay. Perfectly arranged for our family of 4, amazing views and exactly as pictured. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Such a cozy cabin perfect for my family of four plus grandparents for a fun ski week. One of those kitchens that is small but still somehow spacious and perfectly stocked. Regan was very thoughtful and nice to deal with. The bedrooms were very comfortable and felt like sleeping in a fox den. Close to Bellayre Hunter etc. I also appreciated Regan’s thoughtful guide for local recommendations. Would definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at this winter cabin. The setting was peaceful, with great snowy views and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The cabin itself was comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that made the space feel warm and inviting. The hosts were super friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A small note for future guests: we found it useful to bring our own towels and blankets, as it added a bit of extra comfort for the colder nights. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a low-key winter retreat.

Ideal stay. Feels like new construction, clean, comfortable, and focused around the beautiful 70s wood stove— about which, it loads awkwardly from the side rather than the front, but is otherwise a joy to use, burning clean and easy to operate. We did have to pick up some additional wood to get some kindling-scale starter and fuel for two nights. Each room has its own thermostat, the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials (oil, e.g.), water gets hot fast, and Jill was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 10/10, keen to stay again.

What a marvelous place, so cozy and comfortable! Incredibly easy to check in and check out, and every question we had was quickly answered. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Clara's cabin is an oasis of tranquility. Great for a weekend stay, and we could imagine staying even longer than that. Clara is an extremely welcoming and hospitable host, and every basic amenity you need is provided for. Hot water worked very well, despite the temperatures being in the teens consistently while we were there. The property is beautiful and offers a choose-your-own-adventure of activities. We certainly hope to be back soon!
