Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Durrës County

Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

We (group of friends) loved our stay. Very kind and helpful host, amazing villa (it really is huge), and all the basic amenities you need. We had a minor draining issue but after informing the host they came to fix it right away. Comfy beds, lots of space and amazing pool. Can recommend for a getaway with a large group.

Very nice and warm welcome from the host. The outdoor courtyard is wonderfully private and spacious. Thought of everything, for example, air conditioning, coffee and anti mosquito! The cottages are 15m from the beach. 2nd shower outside is nice for when you come off the beach.

Dejv was an amazing host, offering us raki at entrance. He informed us in advance of delays and traffic jams in the city and was extremely flexible in meeting us at the villa. The villa is really 'secret', hidden between privacy walls. The area is under construction, but feels extremely safe. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were great. Swimming pool was great (albeit a bit cold, but that's worth it). He offered us extended check out as well! Very kind and welcoming host all around :)

Our time with Angela was really great. The villa has everything you need and is top modern equipped. After we arrived, Angela was always there for us and showed us many opportunities for shopping and beaches in the area. If we had any questions, she was always available! We'd love to come back!

Elio is very hospitable and pleasant in communication. The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort. We had a super time there!

We stayed 3 days with 7 people. The house is spacious and well equipped. The garden side allows you to enjoy the beautiful weather and the balconies offer an amazing view of Krujë and its castle. I would definitely recommend this place if you're a group.

If we had an issue, the landlord responded quickly and took care of a solution in a timely manner. The communication was very friendly, helpful and straightforward at all times. The location was optimal - you have a great view of the city center with the archaeological facilities and at the same time close to beach promenade, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very spacious and decorated according to pictures. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to recommend the accommodation.

The stay was amazing at this apartment. Everything was clean and organised, we managed to cook a fantastic meal in the kitchen, and enjoying it by the fireplace.

Flamur was a wonderful host. The apartment was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood. And Flamur was incredibly responsive; when I had an issue on New Years Eve, he had it fixed within five minutes. Highly recommended.

Llazar is as cool as his appartment, we were 4 guys, we had a lot of place, we slept very well. The shower is very nice. I can only advise you to choose this flat !

Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

We had an incredible time hosting our New Year's get-together at this villa. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting for our group. The host was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa's cozy indoor spaces and lovely outdoor areas gave us plenty of room to relax and celebrate. It was the ideal spot to create lasting memories with friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special gathering!

WOW! We enjoyed our stay at Artur's place! Super nice communication and we were immediately picked up from the airport. Upon arrival, a delicious breakfast was waiting for us. The house itself was beautiful: quiet, green and a sunset every night as a gift. The pool was great, the kids enjoyed it, even though it was of course a little fresher in October. After a day of discovering Albania, it was wonderful to relax by the pool. The rooms were tidy, beds were lovely, and good sturdy pillows. We were allowed to use their two cars, one could even be converted to 7-seater super convenient! Some attractions at a short distance (about 30 / 45 min.) Mini Market (approx. 5 min.) We also had twice a delicious breakfast and dinner, restaurant-like and with their own wine. All in all, a place we definitely want to come back to. After all, our youngest daughter (7) made a promise, we'd love to come back again! Artur and your wife thank you very much!

Very nice villa, located 30 min walk from the center of Tirana. We enjoyed the space, the pool, the private garage…Kevin and Taulant were very responsive to an air conditioning outage. Excellent location. The house is really comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even unexpected extras (for example, the kitchen was also very well stocked with many things that are often forgotten - salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, sugar, napkins, etc.). The HOST was very kind at all stages of our stay, she was easy and quick to contact her and was always available. The house is very nice, well-kept and in a great location (100 meters from the sea) and a short distance from Tirana and/or the airport. The beach is sandy, well organized (umbrellas, sun loungers, restaurants, children's games, beach volleyball courts, etc.) and in a closed and reserved area (they look at the entrance, few cars and therefore quiet even for small children). Finally, the house is very well equipped for small children (beds, children's games, slides and swings in the garden and many other gadgets to entertain the little ones), surely ideal for those traveling with family

The house is a real gem. The garden is beautiful and spacious, the roof provides for beautiful dinners and quiet time. The house is well equipped and very well situated, super close to the beach, a market and playgrounds for the kids. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We loved our stay!
