The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Pitch’s place was an amazing stay. The house is pretty average and the overall condition wasnt perfect. There were some noise issues from the constant vehicles and broken drain on the main road. But the place was very comfortable and homey. it was large and comfortable and have everything we needed, including extra towels and any other ammenities. Pitch was ALWAYs available whenever i tried to contact him was very accommodating. Would definitely come back to stay here if i decide to stay in sukhumvit again. (ps the traffic is a nightmare to get to the main roads, so that might be the only main issue) But overall for me, i loved the stay and the host’s friendly and helpful nature.

Good for next time and family will come again

This place could be a love-hate for some guests. Don’t judge it at first look. I find privacy and peace of mind here. I believe the owner/ staff live at the place 24 hrs and they can accommodate things upon guest’s request. The place is located by the river, no way to walk to the land, and commuted by boat to go place to place. Guest will hear long tail boat noise at times. This is another kind of staying/living experience…

Nam is really a very nice host. The stay is beautiful. You can chill out in the front yard and its very peaceful.

Lita was a fantastic host. She was great at accommodating our needs and was very responsive. The home was exactly as described. Lovely home and our family had a great stay. There is plenty of room for our dogs to run around the house and also go for walks outside in the courtyard. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing time. Check-in was simple and straightforward, so we could arrive and enjoy directly. The location is also great, with a quick connection to the sky train, the area can be easily explored. Shopping such as Lotus is also nearby. The value for money was absolutely right for us. Overall a great place with a feel-good factor, we will be happy to come back.

Stay here if visiting Bangkok! Super clean apartment in a guarded building that is close to the BTS station.. Walkable to nearby malls. A 7-11 is within 2 minutes and open very late. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Do yourself a favour and book this apartment as it is in high demand.

This is a great place to be - it is a peaceful place with essential amenities, and a balcony with a great view to relax & enjoy the cool breeze, especially in the mornings. There are lots of shopping places (malls, convenience stores, restaurants, street food, massage, etc.) right next door. Mega Bangna, a very big shopping mall & BTS station (Sukhumvit line) are about 10 mins drive. We mostly used Grab to move around and found it efficient. The swimming pool in the building and the rooftop Pororo Aqua park (just a few minutes walk away) was a big hit with our granddaughter (4 yrs). We found it very convenient to travel to places such as the safari, amusement park, Bang Saen beach without having to navigate the crazy inner city traffic. We highly appreciated the host receiving us with Bhutanese cuisine (in Bangkok!) - that was a very kind gesture & a pleasant surprise! This is a great place for a small family on vacation.

This apartment was in the perfect location to explore Bangkok! A quick taxi ride away from delicious street food and a Mikkeller Beer bar right around the corner! The room itself was spacious and clean. Was the perfect spot!

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Ed and Joyce were very responsive and flexible. When the hot water in one of Tha bathrooms did not work, Joyce turned up promptly and attempted to fix. They also had a nice basket of fresh fruits for us, which we enjoyed.

We can’t say enough good things about Ern and this property! Ern was incredibly respectful, friendly and super helpful and responsive. The location was perfect with plenty of great shopping and dinning options around. The room was well decorated as per the listing and it was honestly a cosy home away from home! Our overall experience was nothing short of amazing. Thanks, Ern!

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

It's worth the place to stay

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

Host was very responsive, attentive and went beyond to insure our comfortability. The location was wonderful, definitely within walking distance of avenues and events which we didn't use taxi services. 7 eleven is located literally right up the street within 1-2 minutes of walk. If you ask I would definitely book again for future visits. It's an older building but very pleasing and antiquity.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

The place was as shown, owner was helpful and friendly. The whole place was very clean and everything functioned perfectly. The location was great, just a 5mins walk to the BTS. Owner was kind enough to let us check out at 1pm. Overall great stay! Will definitely be back again!
